I ordered and then wanted to return the items as too complicated . First they told me the return period had expired. When I pointed out I had 90 days and was well in that time frame they reluctantly gave me a return address but told me I had to pay shipping costs myself. I paid the USPS $48 and sent it back. It arrived in Chinese Customs on August 4. Multiple inquiries of where my $317 was have not been responded to.

I placed 2 orders on the same day. I was unable to use the products because I couldn't see the controllers once applied and just kept getting shocked. Also, they didn't respond to my initial instruction clarification request. I requested a refund Sept. 5th I received a reply encouraging me to continue to use the products. After several back and forth emails where they continued to want me to try the product. On Sept. 7th, they offered to refund 50% and I could keep the order. I agreed to 50% of refund on purchases. They did refund 50% of the first order, but did not refund any of the second order, placed the same day. On Sept. 9th I confirmed receipt of 50% refund of one order and inquired about refund of second order. No response. I emailed 9/10, 9/11 and 9/12 requesting refund. No response. On 9=17 I requested instructions to return items for a,full refund. Still no response. I will be disputing the charges on the second order with my credit card company. Update- I disputed with my credit card company. They lied and said they had reached to try to resolve, but I never responded. I had all emails, so received most of my money back.

This company is unfortunately is taking money from vulnerable adults who are so desperate to stop their health issues they will try anything. My elderly mother is currently getting £50 a month taken from her for probiotics. Since receiving the first bottle she has tried to stop the order several times with no response from the team. The support@correlab email gives a standard response and no personal replies. Nor is the reply relevant to the product she is receiving. I think it is worth noting that the company don’t have a way to manage subscriptions on their website. This is done via the support email who don’t respond! They are not upfront, or full disclosure they are bad! I will be taking this case further! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I ordered the pelvic floor therapy device for 60 dollars. Before ever using, my doctor recommended against it I requested a return label, but I was denied. When I contacted the company they provided me with a return address and told me the full amount paid would be refunded. I took the return to UPS, which is 66 miles from my home. I was charged another 30 dollars for return shipping. Coreelab received my return according to tracking, but has refused to issue my refund. My next step is to dispute this charge with my credit card company, which I intend on doing. In looking online they are known for this type of behavior. I do not recommend this company. They have a history of keeping your money. If I could have given them negative 10 stars, I would have. They are a literal scam!

I found my first time using the Coree to be with a feeling of excitement as nothing else I did, didn't help in anyway. After the second day I did notice a change in how hen I coughed or sneezed, that the muscle seemed to contract more than previously. I am determined to keep using this and see how well it works with regular, constant use. Due to accidently ordering twice, I arranged to return one set for refund. That was in September of 2025. After many emails and arranging to return the one set, I still haven't received any refund and have had no contact back from them in regard to every email I sent to them, asking when the money was going to be refunded into my account. As of today (20/01/2026), I have just sent another email to them advising them of intent to change this review and proceed further with getting my funds returned.

Very bad company. First very cheap and bad packaging. It looks like a cheapo thing coming from china nothing written on the box and no instructions for use. Very very expensive for that. Second false guarantee: “90-day money-back guarantee on all orders. if not satisfied we will refund the amount paid without any question asked”. This is a perfect lie. I tried to get in contact with them and ask for a refund they answer me that they were trying to reach me and couldn’t which is not true. The same answer twice then no more any answer. So i am stuck with the massagers. So dont ever trust this company.

I had gotten to the point where I had to wear a diaper all the time. So I decided to purchase this device. First of all, I was surprised by its effectiveness! This isn't anything more than a tens unit & I didn't see any good results for the bladder issues at all even though I used it consistently every day. They're website is very misleading. They say you can return within 90 days, no questions asked but they fail to tell you that you have to send it back to a China address & if you sign up for the subscription for the extra pads & gel, it is not refundable.

I was quite sceptical about whether it was really going to do what it was supposed to. OMG… to my surprise, it actually really works!! I’m really kicking myself, as I only purchased 1 and now I’ve got to get more. I have severe lower back pain from Osteoarthritis. I have worn a back brace for support, which did help for a minute. But I’m telling you this is definitely is a game changer. After the 1st time using it, I noticed the ache was a lot more tolerable. It is an excellent way for the elderly to improve pelvic floor health. I know it is an issue that my grandmother is concerned about, so I bought this product for her.
