I told this company everything I had to be moved but they left out a lot of stuff when they told the movers what I had and it cost me $700 more than the quote. They also don’t take credit cards which left me needing to figure out what to do. I also still don’t have my things yet and am hoping to get them the weekend of October 11th or 12th. I wish I had just rented a Uhaul.
They made my move a lot easier than I expected it would be. I never moves out of my state so I was super stressed and they took all of the weight off of my shoulders!
The quote was incomplete. Customer service was rude. They subbed out the move without telling me. They declined to assist me with list and damaged items. I would never recommend them!
This was the most stressful and terrible experience. They outsource to other shipping complies who in turn charged us more and took over 60 days to deliver the furniture. then charged us another $500 because the semi couldn’t fit. They knew the address beforehand. Also their customer support is awful. Also don’t use Moving Logostics. they are awful as well.
Estimate goes up even after paying $1000 deposit, additional $701 required. Movers 2 hours late no explanation or apology. After walk thru mover does calculation, price is now $2000 higher! Calls “boss” & hands me phone. “Boss” has attitude & I cancel. Mover leaves but comes back 5 minutes later with new offer of “only” $1500 higher. Boss still has attitude & comes down $200 more with worse attitude. Not even partial refund on day of move. Afraid they would’ve delivered late or some other nonsense. Definite red flags throughout. Do not book as their estimate beats everyone else until your moving day when they raise total to be same or more as other more reputable companies.
The team provided a decent job packing and delivering the load after it started with a contentious few moments were they tried to increase the price substantially during pick up. After settling that issue, during loading half the team was removed from the premises for their exchange with storage company management. We got thru all of that BS and they delivered as expected. The movers worked hard at both ends of the move. All said and done, they did a good job.
Moved from Mississippi to Texas. Everyone was polite, helpful, and professional. They were in an out packing everything up and loading it onto the truck, and they were fantastic dropping it off and setting everything up. Well worth the money.

SCAM! Quote one amount. When movers arrived was told a completely different amount thousands more to be exact. Ive reached out multiple times with no call back. Out a lot of time and money because of this company and the grimy bullshit they sell you.
Changing my rating from 5 stars to 1. They packed my work keys, charging cords for all of our electronics devices. Inconsistent follow up. Boooo!
What made my moving great was the moving guys came in and righted a lot of misinformation and wrong information given by other people and made my move happen in a timely manner

My first time going through a broker, it was a short and simple move from Houston, TX to Glendale, AZ. Countrywide Reñocation had a friendly and professional mover(Carlos) pickup my belongings on 2/19/25 and they were delivered 5 days later without issues.
Fast and courteous took great care of my belongings. Highly recommend
They recommend Star Line Trucking LLC and they picked up our stuff and have not delivered and won’t tell us where our things are or an estimated time of delivery. Why do you recommend companies that change charges and then don’t even deliver. Countrywide baits you then StarLine Trucking steps in and raises prices. Do not use them
I genuinely hate leaving a bad review but I must be honest with my experience in hopes that it might help others in the same situation. I moved from CT to MT which is quite far. I got a great deal with Country wide relocation. When the movers came to collect my things in storage in CT they tried to up charge me an additional $700 (I had about studio amount of things minus a bed) Country wide relocation knew exactly what i had and quoted me but its a third party that both picks up and delivers which I did not know.I was told my things would be to me within 9-14 days. I waited 31 days in a completely empty apartment waiting with no updates on my things.My stuff was picked up Nov 18 and delivered on Dec 19th. My stuff was both damaged and missing. They lost a huge lamp I had on inventory as well as all of the legs to my couches (there were three) and broke my night and TV media stand very badly.I have been trying to get in contact to see what can be done about my damaged and missing items. This whole experience has been exhausting and disheartening. Please please do better research than I did and do not use this company.
To begin I provided my inventory over the phone as is standard for this company. They quoted me at around a total of $2800 for a move to Florida. It seemed reasonable with $700 paid upfront and the rest split between pick up and drop off. I am also military so I made sure to request weight tickets for the movers and was assured I would have them. 1. The movers showed up with no weight tickets insisting that they had never been told they were needed. It took a painful week of calls back and forth to ensure I received anything resembling a weight ticket. 2. When the movers showed up they were surprised at the amount of items I had (which matched my inventory) and then informed me that it would be $4500 total, not the previously quoted $2100 for the move. They said because countrywide only provides them with the estimated space, and the estimated space countrywide gave me was far too small apparently. 3. Countrywide assured me the movers could recieve card for payment, this was incorrect they could only take money orders or cashiers check. Obviously, I did not have either of these ready and this led to more headaches. 4. I am still waiting on any form of electronic receipt or invoice to use for records, despite being on the phone constantly with their partner "star line trucking" for a week and being assured that its going to be sent to me. Overall, it seems this company purposefully gives low quotes to bring in business and then when the movers shows up and double the price they say "its only an estimate" and you are stuck paying double what was quoted. Management was unhelpful and just repeated that the quote is "only an estimate" despite a 100% increase. They are either scam artists or grossly incompetent, I am not sure which. Either way, do not use, especially for military members
Our experience with Countrywide Relocation LLC from start to finish was as perfect as any move can be! Moving from Arizona to Montana is a large assignment no matter how you spin it. This was our first time using a moving company and their comprehensive inventory process at the start made sure there weren’t any surprises at the backend. Their staff was courteous when loading and unloading our belongings and they were quick! They checked in with us every step of the way and their drivers arrived right on time. We know we have one more move in our future and they will be our first call!
