I make deposit 19Euro on my account and they don't want to give me back money.More than one year because I am self-excluded l didnot know for this.They have the right to steal from you and take your money!!!!
I ordered a lot of yarn from We Crochet because I make many prayer shawls for the church and they had the best price. I am finding the yarn does not knit up to the length of all the previous shawls I've made (so are not as comfortable) and there were several knots in the last skein I used. I asked whether We Crochet was selling seconds. No. Why is the quality so different from the Homespun I have been using? The only difference I can see is the supplier. Now I need to have 4 skeins where previously I used 3 skeins per shawl. Darn.
DO NOT BUY. DO NOT TRUST. What a scam. They lure you into buying their product and you think you’re going to get all you need but all they do is email you a pattern. I’m so annoyed I spent £38 for such a scam.
Order placed for 36 balls of yarn.. received order confirmation quickly and despatch email. However, I have been unable to track my package, and delivery only contained NINE balls of yarn in a small bag. I spent over £200 and am missing 27 balls… no response from customer service is NOT helping! Will not be using again and if still no response by end of the day, I will be taking this further to get my money back 👎DO NOT USE
First time placing an order. My order was not processed or shipped in the indicated time frame and so it was unclear whether it arrive on time. I had to place a second order and pay for expedited shipping. When I reached out to the company, they apologized for my experience and refunded the cost of the expedited shipping.
Very simply, signed to be notified when a product becomes available again, multiple times - guess how many times i've received an email notification - yeah, zero
Great service and very happy with the wool. Thank you. Arrived in australia very quickly by international courier but absolutely stuck for two weeks with local DHL Post without explanation after clearing customs.
I signed up for the the newsletters because there is a pop up that reads you get 15% off the first order if you sign up for their new letter. So i did that. I sent an email after 2 days of losing my order waiting for the coupon code. Day 4 i called because i still had not received the code or a reply to my email. I asked if she coud give me a code and she said no and i explained that i had done everything and confirmed that i wanted to receive them. The lady kept repeating that i needed to register and i asked if she could walk me through it and she was just not nice. I was really disappointed to speak with her because they had everything i needed. Now i need to find another supplier because i do not like being spoken to that way. I even said to her that i am not being rude to you but i just need you to walk me through it so i would like for you to not talk to me that way. She tried but she was still snotty. I dont mind paying more for my supplies if it means great customer service.
The wool was very reasonably priced, good selection of yarns, postage was cheaper than sending within Australia and my parcel arrived super quick. Will definitely buy from WeCrochet again.

I love my new interchangeable Radiant Tunisian Crochet Hooks set do much that I bought a second set for more crochet possibilities. They are smooth and strong. The yarn just glides on them perfectly no snagging. The shipping was fast and the customer service is excellent.
