This Company now also goes by the Name:United OneVanlines#UnitedIneVanLines united one vanlinesSame USDOT Number: 3939219 And apartment office address for Celtic consulting & management LLC.They said on the phone that would would be given a 26 ft moving truck & gave us a great quote. PROBLEM is we did not realize that 1091 “cubic feet” IS NOT a full 26 foot truck. A full truck is 1800 Cubic feet!!! When we called they said it is on the consumer to know that! They did not refund our deposit, even partially!Avoid these scammers!!We lost $890. But probably saved an additional $2500. By not using them!We will be reporting them for bait and switch as well as unscrupulous business practices to the Federal Department of Transportation. If you have had similar or poor experiences with United One Vanlines, carefree moving, or Relocation Nation, report this business. **Do not give them a deposit!!!!If you did give a check to:#CelticConsulting&ManagementLLCCancel it immediately!!!!

The original estimate was very low and we had to pay 4x the amount at the last minute.

The original estimate was very low...the representative asked me to estimate the size of the move - a typical 2-bedroom apartment which has a range of cubic footage which she should have known. So the actual cost was nearly 4x the amount of the original estimate. They wait until the last week before the move to re-do the estimate and then it was still low so we had to hustle to come up with an additional cash amount as the actual movers won't take credit. This company does not do the moves and contracts...the contractor was excellent but could do nothing about the cost.

They stole $850 from us and didn’t even move our stuff. Zelle couldn’t do anything about it, they are brokers and not movers. STAY AWAY! I am reviewing them on everything I can, and reporting the business as a scam with every payment provider and website. Do not hire this company.

They are not responsive after they take your $$

They are a broker and are responsible for coordinating your move. However all they r doing is taking money and asking movers to come to u. The movers do not arrive on the scheduled days. Crossnation uses outside companies to collect money so in the bank it is under Celtic 75 Consulting and their rep shows his face as a debt collector on linkedin. Crossnation did not help me with the arrival of my goods as their contract promised. This is a fraud company or merely a place for a scam. They do not assist you with moves. They dont come to tour house to count goods either. They take payment after payment then disappear. We all reported them.

No response if you have damages

It took the movers 21 days exactly for my move. I was given a range of 7-21 days from pick up but that it only takes long when theres big weather delays. There were no weather delays. The movers are just slow. The movers also damaged some of my things and one item is fully missing and no one is calling me back or answering my calls or messages. 2 stars because they did move most of my things

Crossnation relocation refused to…

Crossnation relocation refused to refund my money after the movers failed to move my belongings from one state to another. Do not do business with these people, they are a complete scam. It was a horrible experience, do not trust these people.

Scammers

Do not use. It is a scam. Bait and switch. You send in your form with all the furniture listed with the measurements, pay your deposit. They show up with a small truck and double the price if you need your furniture moved. Break the contract but say you don't get your deposit back. And they showed up a day late. Horrible and to a young military couple. Ripping off our military shame on you. Good reviews are lies. Horrible customer service woman.

DONT USE CROSS NATION OR CAREFREE

Three days before moving we received our “final count call” we counted absolutely everything and we were told that what we had put us over it would be $1500 more. We advised we did not have that and asked if we could get our $ back. We were told it was “too late in the game” So we asked what we could do to keep it the same price. We were told to take all the Totes off and it would be fine. We did that and moved them to another room so there was no confusion. At noon on 5/20 the “Movers” showed up. They took video of everything we had and then sat in their truck for THREE hours. I called Cross Nation, I called Carefree and finally I was told that we had 715 feet instead of the 535 we booked with Cross Nation. We did not understand how that could be since we gave an EXACT count of everything in our house that was to be moved and we had subsequently taken several items off the “original” quote. After back and forth with them I told them to take the 535 as we originally agreed as we have NO more $. So they took TWO mattresses and maybe 12 boxes. I have 2/3rds of my house which in their opinion was 180 sq feet over. There is no way. We were asked by BOTH cross nation and carefree when we wanted our stuff delivered. We told BOTH companies Saturday 5/21. Saturday came and went, Sunday came I called and called finally about 1:30pm I got ahold of Anthony a “Supervisor at Carefree” He told me he would reach out to dispatch and call me hopefully in the next 30 min. 1hr 15 min went by I called Anthony back he said for me to Hold he was calling dispatch I was on hold for 23 minutes. He came back on the phone with NO update. He gave me an email address to file a claim and told me to “give it a few days” Today is Monday. I am home with two autistic children and one developmentally delayed. They have No beds, no comfort items, no clothes. But I am supposed to email a complaint and give it a few more days.

I honestly can't complain much about this company, only thing I didn't like is it was a little expensive but none of my things were broken and everything arrived on time. I spoke to Ben the Moving Coordinator and he was awesome. Didn't hesitate to answer any questions whenever I called.
