NEVER BUY FROM THIS BRAND/COMPANY. I purchased a monitor on Black Friday , just now opening it to connect with a gaming system . Monitor doesn’t work worth a flip . I’ve sent emails, videos , pictures and to customer service rep per their request for 3 days ! And still they want me to do more buy shipping it back to them so they can see for themselves instead of refunding / or sending a new product. I don’t know anyone who would go through as much hassle as I did just if the product was good! Never ever buy from them . My son still have no monitor for his gaming system that he just got and it’s all because of this

Bought two Crua culla maxx 3 insulated…
Bought two Crua culla maxx 3 insulated inner tents on Amazon $350.00 a piece and when I went to order the crua culla max tent they were no longer available to purchase anywhere since they went out of business and didn't feel like telling anyone. Now I'm stuck with two inners and unable to use them because they are part of a system that no longer exists . Absolute BS. Why sell the new insulated inner tent and not tell anyone that the outer tent was no longer available to purchase? .

Happened what I found a manufactured or packing damage on my new Crua Duo GS MAXX tent. I provided pictures and video of it to the customer service and Jesse from Crua who I was emailing just shipped me a replacement for free. That is mind-blowing! They replaced $299 tent for free! Thanks Jesse!I would recommend Crua to all my friends without hesitations because they have the best customer service ever!

I contacted Crua via website and Jesse emailed me this morning after the long new years week. I put in an order for some items during that new years week and noticed they were out of stock on the Graphene sleeping bags. I emailed them about them then Jesse responded, said they'll be back in stock early February. I asked if I can put an order in for those bags and sure enough Jesse added it to my original order and saved me money on shipping. I had an issue with one of the products I purchased. Crua's customer support team went above and beyond to make it right and get me back into the woods as fast as possible. These are quality tents from a quality company.I have field tested and enjoyed the Crua Core (with Culla Family) and Crua Duo Maxx (with Culla Maxx). Recommend both and will be adding another to our setup soon. Would also like to mention that the Crua Core works quite nicely with two side-by-side smaller Cullas for those less-than-intimate situations.Excellent tents. Excellent customer service. 100% recommend.
