We had a porcelain kitchen floor installed. We cannot say enough great things about the staff, the installers, and the service. We met with Lindsey at the store. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our selection and then made sure everything progressed smoothly. The installers, Eugene and Daniel, were exceptionally talented! They worked efficiently, did a great job installing the tiles and the trim. They were professional in every way and they cleaned up afterward. We highly recommend them and will contract them for our future bathroom project.

Nice Carpet from Good People
The carpet is cushy and nice. The installers were great. They laid the whole house in one day that was amazing! (They stayed 14.5 hours until it was done.) I do wish they'd left some big scrap pieces. We have none. And I'm still looking for different items they tucked away in strange places. Example: I have yet to find a rubber mat that I used under my mop steam cleaner. Our salesman Paul was friendly and helpful. The finance manager is very helpful, prompt and she resolves issues very quickly!

Dalton Carpet One was a dream to work with. We just built our second house with their services. The designers really know their stuff and are so willing to go above and beyond. We always got a quick response on any questions. The installers worked quickly, but beautifully. We are so happy with our tile, carpet, and hardwood floors!

We worked with Dalton's on a recent bathroom remodel. Donna came up with a beautiful design for the floor and shower, and Jocelyn helped us find the perfect vanity cabinet, counter top, and mirrors. For tile installation, I can't recommend Lenny and Chris highly enough. Lenny is knowledgeable, skillful, and meticulous. He and Chris worked carefully in our house and were personable and courteous. They also added a couple of really thoughtful details to Donna's design.We had worked before with Donna on a wood floor installation, and we'll definitely be returning to her, Jocelyn, Lenny, and Chris for our future projects.

Wood and lvt looks great
Wood and lvt looks great. However,in removing the old wood the door molding ( 6) was badly damaged next to the floor. The guys tried to fill it in with caulk and it looks terrible. After installing the shoe molding in the great room someone caulked without dusting. The result was really dirty looking shoe molding. The rest of the rooms looked good.
