they quoted me a price and 2 minutes later when i booked the room the charged me a higher price.we were not able to get wifi in the room and the employee at the site could not help us
I needed a last-minute office for a meeting and couldn’t book it online. I called, and Angela went above and beyond to secure the space for reservation 387230. This wasn’t my first great experience there - the team is always helpful and eager to accommodate. Easy recommendation.

I had a reservation for a meeting room and everything went perfectly. The TV was easily connected to a computer, beverage service was as requested, and the room was clean. Angela Benassi was our representative for confirmation #386444 and she was a delight to work with, making all changes without a hitch.
The staff, the room, and other facilities such as kitchen and bathroom, were excellent. It was clean, modern, and spacious enough for our team. What wasn't great was the really bad wifi. Teams calls were dropped consistently. Not able to connect to wireless screen because the wifi wasn't stable. If this were addressed, I could recommend.
Office was extremely clean and professional. Staff were so nice and accommodating. Our experience was incredible. Will absolutely be coming back for our next meeting!
The staff was professional and courteous, and the reservation process was smooth. I was able to book a small office for a client meeting just two days in advance, which I appreciated.Unfortunately, the day after I paid for the room, my client let me know they couldn’t attend. I promptly contacted Davinci to cancel and asked about a possible refund. I was informed that their policy requires at least two days’ notice for a refund. I certainly understand the reasoning behind that policy—especially if the space could have been rebooked. Still, paying $85 for a room to sit empty felt a little harsh and disappointing.Since this was my first time using Davinci, I had hoped there might be some flexibility in the spirit of customer service—perhaps a goodwill credit toward a future booking. That would have gone a long way. But, as they say, that’s business.I would still recommend Davinci based on the professionalism and ease of the experience. Just be aware that their cancellation policy is strictly enforced.Update: Davinci reached out and I was able to resolve the cancellation policy issue in an agreeable manner. Excellent customer service, Highly recommend!
It was the worst booking experience I've had in a real long time. There was nobody there to check us in when we arrived. We waited an additional hour to get into the room and then they charged us an additional hour for staying longer. Jessica the corporate liaison was totally unprofessional when we tried to dispute the additional charge. We will never book with them again.
It was a great experience, and I plan on using the location in the future. Elizabeth, the receptionist, was fantastic... friendly and professional!
I was assisted by Angela who was extremely responsive and helpful with my reservation. The room and beverages were perfect for my meeting and things went very smoothly. Very professional and easy & effective overall business meeting solution
Very difficult to access the building for guests (multiple security encumbrances). The "meeting room" that we reserved with display, had no display (it was not any in the "suite") and the total surface was probably less than 100 sq. feet. The reception was not very welcoming either....In addition DaVinci is an intermediary for Regus...and the photos on DaVinci website were very misleading...
Angela,She was exceptional throughout the entire process. Although I have scheduled meetings in the past, I have never experienced such ease in making reservations. Her professionalism and personable demeanor made the experience especially comfortable. I would highly recommend her for future corporate events.
The facility is conveniently located in Lake Nona, surrounded by plenty of parking and restaurants. The staff on-site was friendly and knowledgable. Angela, our meeting room planner, was phenomenal. She proactively outreached to us and continue to follow-up and assist us during our visit. Excellent customer experience.
This was a great and successful experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Outstanding communication and support from the two ladies at the front desk.
Great facilities, customer service is good and it’s easy to work there. The only thing to improve: please place a signage outside the building with the details of how to find the entrance. Unless you have been there before, there’s no way to see where’s the business entrance from the street. It is a waste of time trying to find the correct entrance. Not every office entrance is passing through a restaurant.
The space wasn't cleaned very well. I didn't feel like the was sanitary.
Very good but at times the site is not clear (as in too general). Co-working space vs 1 person office etc. Overall it's a must have for entrepreneurship.
The meeting room and overall experience met—and exceeded—our expectations. The staff were courteous, friendly, and consistently supportive, making the entire experience seamless. The environment was excellent and well-suited for focused, productive meetings with no distractions. Free parking was available, and the location was easy to find and accessible. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and we would gladly return.
