Really excellent platform. We actually save more money than we spend on the app just by paying a few days early. In 20 years of business, we’ve never done that before.Even more importantly, it eliminated a huge pain point for us. Sales taxes nearly sank our business years ago—now we don’t even think about them.Absolute no‑brainer.

Very prompt service
Multiple months have been filed incorrectly. While they are filed on time, any amendments will be outside the filing window and we will lose any credits we are entitled to. We are deeply unsatisfied with how this service is being handled.

No customer service reps to speak to makes it hard to stay in touch on crucial needs
Signed up for DAVO, they never filed any sales tax returns with Mississippi tax commission and never paid any of the $$$$ they set aside to pay my sales taxes. Be aware, they take the $$ before you can get them deposited in the bank, this resulted in over $500 in NSF fees at the bank and not to mention late Fees and Fines from the State Tax Commission. The only way I found out was the call from State Tax Commission. Some would say, "why didn't you know before the Tax Commission called you?" BECAUSE, that's what I was paying DAVO to handle so I didn't have to worry about it!
