Alert--Swith Con Artist :-((
I placed an online order from them for Canon EF 24-70mm F4L USM, as their quoted price was claiming to be Black Friday price. I have to stress it out that the lens I intended to order is Canon's prestegous L line, which has better quality, which is intended for pro use with better image quality. However, I soon received a call from their sales person, persuading me to get the less quality and cheaper version, Canon EF 24-105mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM, which is for consumer use. He claimed the pro version was no use at all, because of higher price with no image quality difference. After a lengthy spending on the conversation, I insisted to get the pro version when closing the talk. But you can't believe that they still sent the cheaper Canon EF 24-105mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM to me, at the same price of the pro-version! This was totally a robbing! I called to them and they just twisted that I ageed to the less quality version but agree to pay for the higher price to the pro version. Then there's no one answering my complaint calls later on.Daxmart is an EVIL business & it's the cancer of this society--So, if you want to loose your hard earned $$$$$, just run into their trap. Otherwise, join other victims to kick their stinky ASS hard!!

Wow, from now on I will always check on line companies better before purchasing as I can see that I am just one of many with the same experience.I found best price on a Sony a6000 w. 16-50mm lens from Daxmart in July, 2016. I made the order and paid. A few days later I received a phone call with the same BS about this camera (at this price) was not a US camera, did not come with charger and basically I would have had to spend a considerate amount extra to bring it to "standard". They quoted a new price about $20 higher than normal rate for this camera but they would throw a few extras in and they would expedite shipping. Two weeks went by and no emails, no camera. I was never able to reach a person by telephone but left messages and I responded to their email to me. I told them their lack of communication was unacceptable and I wanted to cancel my order. I went ahead and ordered my camera with a reputable vendor and received it within a week. Daxmart responded to my email with an update on shipping information which showed normal shipping by USPS. I never accepted their package and it was returned to them unopened. In the meantime I made several attempts at contacting them. When they received the package back they sent an email stating the refund would be processed per our agreement. I never received a refund. Come end of October 2016 I move to Thailand where I live and work November through April and by email I finally get a response that I should go to my bank and dispute the charge. I did that at end of December and now I am still waiting for this to be resolved. As many have stated, how can a business like this even be allowed to conduct business? They surely have perfected the grifter profession.

Awful
I gave them One star because I was not aloud to give them Zero stars. This is an awful company. I bought a camera on Black Friday, They sent me an email saying they needed "voice clearance" for the purchase. Weird but fine, I called them up and they told me it did not come with a battery and I can add one for $80 more. The camera was already $440, but since I understand they need to make money somewhere this made sense to me. But I declined the battery and gave them "clearance" for the camera only. They said I was all set.. 2 Weeks go by, I don't even get a conformation e-mail about my purchase. So I e-mail them requesting one and waited another week. Still no conformation so I decide to call considering Christmas is getting close. So this is 3 full weeks after my purchase, I get them on the phone. The man tells me my camera was on back order. Now there is only 10 day until Xmas and I was never informed about the back order until I called myself. So I ask the man "how long will the back ordered take?" (thinking I already waited 3 weeks, whats a few more weeks) The man responses with "about 2 months" WHATT!? What a crazy way to do business. I will never use this site again. They should be out of business soon I expect. Good luck if you order through them. I hope this helps.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY
I ORDERED A CAMERA IN JULY FOR MY SON AS A XMAS GIFT. WHEN I CALLED TO CONFIRM MY ORDER, THEY TALKED ME INTO A DIFFERENT CAMERA FOR MORE MONEY, STATING THAT THE ONE I ORDERED WAS NOT MADE IN THIS COUNTRY. I ASKED IF EVERYTHING WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS. AFTER MANY CALLS AND AROUND A MONTH WAIT, I FINALLY RECEIVED THE CAMERA. I STATED THAT MY SON WASN'T GETTING IT UNTIL DEC AND THEY SAID THAT WAS NO PROBLEM. IF THERE WERE ANY ISSUES, THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I CALLED THEM AFTER XMAS BECAUSE THE CAMERA HAD NO LENS. THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND SARCASTIC ON THE PHONE. THEY SAID IF I WANTED A LENS, I WOULD HAVE TO ORDER ONE FROM THEM. THEY SAID I COULDN'T CALL THEM MONTHS LATER TO TELL THEM THERE WAS NO LENS.WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN, THE GUY SNICKERED AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I TRIED TO CALL BACK ANY NOBODY WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE. I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS AFTER READING THE OTHER REVIEWS.

Stay away - fraudulant company!
I placed an order over a month ago. I needed the camera for a trip I took on 11/26. They guaranteed it would arrive by 11/25. Today on 12/8, I've returned from my trip and Still haven't received the camera. The people who answer the phones are rude and not helpful. They've hung up on me several times. I've been very kind and patient. Now I'm frustrated. Finally got ahold of someone today who said my item hasn't shipped but he guaranteed it by next Thursday. I asked to have my order canceled since I'm home from my vacation and no longer need the camera. They said no problem and the full amount will go back on my credit card in five to seven business days. But I might have to open a dispute with the cc. I did place a disputed with my cc company just in case the credit doesn't show up. I'll post whether i receive a credit or not.

DON'T DO IT - Bait & Switch
On October 8, I ordered a Sony DCS-RX100 III camera. Like previous reviewers, I didn't check Daxmart reviews. I received a strange confirmation and the next day someone from Daxmart called and left a message. When I called back the voice mailbox was full. I called back on Monday, I was told that I had ordered an international model and needed to upgrade to the US model. I hesitated and the salesman threw in some extras free. Then he told me I need to pay handling and insurance. I should have run then. He told me to contact my credit card company and let them know about the purchase under the merchant name Apackages. Imagine my surprise when I was called by my credit card company about a UK purchase. Since then I have emailed and called and received no response. I have checked the website with my confirmation number and it comes back no such order number. Last week the salesman answered the phone and told me the camera was being shipped that day and I would have receive and email with a tracking number tomorrow. Never happened. Calls are not being returned. Today I contacted my credit card company for assistance and I have filed a merchant dispute with them. The merchant has 45 business days to respond. I won't have to pay but I am in limbo regarding purchasing this camera elsewhere. Save yourself the grief and aggravation and buy anywhere else but Daxmart. The day after I posted this, I received notice fro Daxmart that my order has shipped along with a tracking number. It arrived Nov. 14. I am concerned that the UPC code was removed from the outside of the box and the manual is page number GB 1 etc. I had trouble registering the camera because Sony has a drop down menu that doesn't list Daxmart. I did not receive the 5 year warranty that I purchased and am now trying to contact Daxmart for it.

Bait & Switch
I'm embarrassed to say I didn't check reviews before ordering from DAX. I can confirm that this is a "bait & switch" website. I ordered a Nikon D5300 with 18 to 140mm lens and added expedited shipping. I received an email saying I needed to call and confirm the expedited shipping. At that time, the service agent told me I ordered a crappy international version of the camera and needed to upgrade to a USA model or I couldn't get the camera serviced. He quoted a much higher price, of course. When I questioned why they didn't mark the camera as the international version on their site, he mocked me and said I should have known from the price that it wasn't the "real deal." Lol... He's right! If the price is too good to be true, it probably isn't a legitimate product. I cancelled my order and he hung up before I could request an email confirmation. I'll be watching my credit card the next month or so, just to be safe.

If you google shop or just google any camera out there, especially higher end DSLRs, Daxmart is usually the cheapest. No where on the page for that camera will it say 'international model' or 'Asian model'. They will call you to make sure you want the 'international model', it's 'cheaply built, doesn't accept other lenses' etc etc. Now you can get the real US model FOR THE SAME PRICE AS EVERYONE ELSE SELLS IT FOR.Avoid them like the plague.

Not a reputable retailer
This company is ingenuous. I purchased a complete Canon EOS Rebel T5i camera, lens, battery, etc. kit. They called to confirm order and upsold me an additional battery pack and accessory bundle. They shipped the order; however, it was missing the lens (very expensive item), missing the additional battery pack, and missing the accessory bundle. They only provide a 7 day window from receipt with a mandatory 15% restocking fee and only if everything, including packing material, is in original condition. No exceptions. I was SOL because I was a little shy of their 7 day return policy when I realized the other items were missing from the order, I had opened some of the packing material, and it was my word against theirs. I had to purchase the missing items from another retailer which overall cost me more money than if I had not been suckered into their dishonorable sales gimmicks in the first place. Never again! If you are considering buying from Daxmart, think again. There is a plethora of other honorable online companies providing these types of products at a good price that are a much better bet.

Price model, and shipping
I ordered the canon t6i from Daxmart and found the $400 and something nowhere did it say it was an overseas model but I had suspicion because of the price. I still ordered it after a few days my credit card was still not charged so I called them. The man was polite and told me it was an overseas model and if I wanted the US version it would be $700 and a few free extras. My card was charged right then and the US version was shipped to me. They sent it in media mail which is not the correct mail for an electronic so I did have to go to my local post office and pay $13 for the overdue shipping. I opened the box and the model is 750D(Model outside of the US), seems brand new but still a little disappointed that it is the oversea model and not the US one that I paid $300 more for.

Typical bait and switch scam
Ordered a Canon T_six_i on their site for $449. No where did it say I was getting the "Asian" model. Got a call from this company on 8/31 to confirm the order....and oh by the way, you ordered the Asian model, not the "american" model. If you want the american model, you'll have to pay $629. Screw that noise....at that point I said I'll have to cancel the order....was hung up on. Screw this company....I'll never attempt to do business with them again. Beware!!

SCAM!

Stay way from Daxmart
I am furious with this pyramid scam site! First, the site has no physical address displayed in the US. Headquarter is in London, England! This is the first light for something fishy. Second, after placing an order, in couple of days an email sent by Daxmart asks you to call and confirm the order. It is all way around!!! Daxmart has to call and confirm the order. Waiting on the phone for someone to answer is more than painful: over 30 min. After confirming the order and reassuring that everything is fine with the order, one week later, and after other 3 emails my order was cancelled because the camera is not in stock!! My advise to everyone is to stay way from this site.

Worst company ever
I was thinking upgrade my current d5500 to d7200. When i checked on google there was an ad for $589 from daxmart. The website looked like a reputable company and there was showing sale ends in 9 hours. So i purchased the camera. After few minutes an email came that my internet order has received and call them for expedited shipping. I called them and the person who took the phone was very rude and he said call tomorrow and just hung up the phone. I called them today to inquire about my order if it is processed or not. One guy took my call and just asked me if i paid for shipping. I said it said free shipping. Then he told me we don't have the item we are cancelling your order in very rude manner. Then why the hell you put the listing on your website with free shipping. After that i got a mail saying that they are cancelling my order upon my request. I never requested to cancel my order. Is that guy deaf?. Change your customer service people. They have no idea what they are doing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM DAXMART or any affiliate. Total scam. Sell you one product then switch it for a much higher priced object and charge you more. Don't know how they are still in business. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND business license should be pulled!!!

Against The Tide
Hi all, I contacted DAXMART on Tuesday 29 March 2016 after searching for the best online price for the Canon 1DX i found DAXMART and proceeded to start the online order process part way through I thought it may be better to call and place an order. I contacted them and as many have already stated in loads of reviews I spoke with a sales guy (Mickey) who went through the process of selling me the 1DX American model after telling me I would be able to register the camera with Canon, at this point I did think of hanging up, but the price Mickey quoted me was still $200+ less than other advertised Internet sites, and so I went with it I did pay a high price for overnight shipping ($79.99). After placing the order I then decided to check reviews on DAXMART and WOW! I was scared, so much so the next day Wed 30 I called DAXMART and punched in the extension number, guess what I was on hold for 10 minutes or so it felt like, I hung up, and called back this time waiting for a sales person to come on, by chance it turned out to be Mickey once I quoted the order number and my location he recognised me and told me not to worry my order would be shipped out that evening I reminded Mickey I had paid for overnight shipping again he said don't worry my order would arrive next day, I decided to accept his explanation. Later on Wednesday evening I received an email confirming shipping of the order, then another email with an UPS tracking number, I immediately checked the tracking OMG no record found, half hour later I checked the tracking again to much relief I could see the shipping had commenced, I received regular updates from UPS advising me the package would arrive before 10.30am 31 March, guess what the package just arrived at 09.40 I opened the well packaged box pulled out the 1DX no visible issues and I then proceeded to register the camera with Canon USA all went through fine. I titled this review "Against The Tide" I think this is apt as after reading all the other negative reviews on many sites this appears to be against the tide, but then people only ever leave negative comments many people can't be bothered to leave positive feedback not sure why that is. I've done this to alert people DAXMART is not all bad. Yes they did advertise a low price and yes they did get me to go for a higher priced item but that was my choice, let's remember the camera was still lower than other Internet sellers, so I see it as a win for me. I'm not saying everything is good with DAXMART but you have a choice and if you're going to save $200+, well, that's a win.
Good Luck

Rude
Ordered a new Nikon D7100 camera and then got e-mail that order could not go though without verbal confirmation. Put on hold for over 7 min. then asked me for zip code and put me on hold without another word. 20 min. later another guy answered and asked if he could help me. I said I was responding to e-mail and he put me on hold again. Worst service ever. I replied to the original e-mail and canceled the order. Then they call me and asked if I always cancel orders if I have to wait on hold. I told them what I thought of their service and the guy just hung up on me. Total jerks. Crappy customer service seems to be the hallmark for this company because almost every review talks about it.

Buyers beware of call back lies
I ordered a Nikon Coolpix P900 from Daxmart because the store offered the cheapest price at $446.00 and with 5% discount ends up to a total of $424.00. I thought it was a steal price until a representative from Daxmark called me back. He politely said that the reduced price was for an international model which is made of plastic and carries no battery, no charger, no lens cap, no strap and no warranty. He then offered the American model Nikon P900 for $599.00 which is made of light aluminum and carries a battery, tripod, lens cover, charger and a one year warranty. I took the bait and two and a half weeks later, I received the Nikon Coolpix P900 that is made in Indonesia, its body made entirely of plastic, with a flimsy tripod that is too small to carry the camera. I should have listened to the very poor Daxmart company reviews. Returning the item within 7 days of purchase? Too late, too much hassle and expensive. I suggest that you stick with Amazon if you have the prime membership. By the way, the camera worked okey.
