It is a 7/10 for me. I like the that you deliver exactly on the date of delivery and that your support is so polite but I will say the way you handle package needs work. My car came in with a few scratches and it wasn't accounted for. But the support was reassuring and apologetic so I'll pass. Great overall. It is my second experience with you though.
I have made a total of 6 deliveries and in all I would give them a 90% rating (this is putting into consideration that I had a little hiccup with one delivery which was later sorted out).They are always on time and I'll continue to work with them.
