I had an order disappear in the mail and SB Medical handled everything so quickly. Immediately shipped out another set of supplies and when both shipments showed up they worked with me to send a payment link. Everything was handled professionally and took such stress from me.

Thank you so much Saul!! What a great job you did helping me!! I ordered a pair of shoes over a week ago. They shipped from APEX. They were not the labeled size. Spoke w/2 different folks on 11-30-20 and 12-1-20 and emailed on 12-2-20 on how to return. All attempts yielded no results and no follow-up. No one seemed to know how to return or who to return them to. I called on 12-3-20, Saul got my info in the morning and worked all day on the phone to fix this issue. He called me in the afternoon with everything I needed to resolve the return. Thanks so much!
