Takes months to get one!!
After waiting over a month and my product still hasn’t shipped and seeing others had to wait 3-6 months , I have requested a refund.

No Customer Service
Ordered a treadmill mid October. Was immediately charged $800. It’s now mid December and no treadmill. Completely ignored by the company. Google says they’re permanently closed. This doesn’t appear to be a legitimate company. Reviews from people saying they received one say the treadmills don’t work and there is no one at the company to help.

I ordered a DogPACER 3.1 dog treadmill…
I ordered a DogPACER 3.1 dog treadmill on November 28, 2025 and received an email from DP showing that the order was received. On December 1, 2025 my credit card was charged for over $480. I have received no further communication from DogPACER as to the expected shipping date of the treadmill. I have emailed them twice, called them 3 times and sent them a DM. No response received. I no longer have faith that this is a legitimate company that will actually ship my treadmill. I believe that companies should not hold your money when unable to deliver on the item purchased with zero communication. Stay away!
