It's been four days and I'm still…
It's been four days and I'm still putting it together! You really need to look at your instructions and make them better! At one point, you can see it facing front and then in some other instructions it's facing backwards so that really turned a person around, etc. it's not done well it needs to be written better. As far as the product it seems like it's good. I still have not been able to put anything in it cause I'm still putting it together. Definitely need more than one person would make it better but better instructions would help too.

Sides of the box are extremely thin and…
Sides of the box are extremely thin and flimsy. Hard to put together since the metal is so thin it falls over until you’re almost done putting it together. I thought this would be sturdier.

Great quality
We really enjoy the good quality gazebo. As many have said, they are a little difficult to build, but thankfully my husband is mechanically inclined. It only took 2 of us.

100 Gallon Box
The item was received in a timely manor and with all parts. I agree with reviews that said the plastic film took more time to remove then the assembling of the whole box. Even with all the film the panels still had scratches. The only other issue I saw was that the box is so light you lift it off the ground opening the cover.

Delivery was fast
I ordered this just b4 Christmas. Didnt need it until spring and figured it would take awhile to get here. It was delivered in less than a week. In the middle of winter, all the way to Mn from Tx. I couldnt believe it. Wow.

Product Description Incorrect
The deck box that arrived was smaller than the dimensions listed on the website and wouldn't fit my cushions. Turns out the product dimensions were listed in TWO places on the product page, one of them correct (in the photo) and one incorrectly listed (in the description). I went off the incorrect measurements. Despite that, they still charged me a $35 re-stocking fee to exchange it for the larger sized version that did fit my cushions. The customer service agent was friendly enough, I just felt they should have waved the fee since their website was wrong.

Quality of product is good
Quality of product is good; however, make sure you check the actual measurements. They advertise 8'x8' when, in fact, its it less, so seating area is smaller than advertised.

Good product, ok customer service
Edit: Update I had sent an email to Domi asking them to forget about the roof panels (I hadn’t heard anything about them shipping) since I had already put them up. I asked for a refund of a dollar amount I thought would be fair. I had no idea, but the day I sent the email is the day the roof panels arrived. They still processed the refund I requested of them. I am raising my star rating from 2 to 4 as a result. You have to stay on top of it, but there customer service is actually pretty good if you do.Product is pretty good for the money. You can expect shipping damage as the boxes are large and they use FedEx. I had damage parts with paint chipping off. They said they’d refund me $20 so I can go buy paint. Car touch up paint to be precise. They said they cannot ship liquids overseas. Ok. There were lots of slightly bent corners and such but nothing I couldn’t straighten out myself. But I had two damaged roof panels that I couldn’t straighten out well. So I ask for replacements. And she said she would arrange to have the factory ship me replacements. A week later I heard nothing back so I put the roof panels on because I figured I wasn’t going to get a reply. I send them an email to tell them nevermind, just refund me some extra money and don’t worry about the panels. Well the roof panels arrived today. I received no indication they were shipped, no acknowledgment of delivery, nothing stating “they’re on the way”. So now I have to decide to toss two perfectly good roof panels, or take off half the roof to put the new panels on.
