Going to go on rent here and tell yall about service king's messup that dubon auto center had to fix. I went to the nearest body shop in sugarland and got an estimate. The estimator was very brief and they were super busy. however that doesn't excuse the manners of the estimators. I took my car there and they fixed the quarter panel. I though everything looked good until i stepped in the car and it smelt like something was burnt in there. I was so confused because i cleaned the car at mr car wash and i kept cleaning it and couldnt tell where the stench was coming from until i pulled the back seats down loading groceries the following week and noticed various holes on the carpet. I called service king and they denied everything and basically told me i am out of luck and that the car couldnt had gotten that from the work they did. Apart from that the car started getting this weird small rattling noise. So I kept complaining and i got into a shouting match with the manager at service king. So I decided to just report them and charge them back to the bank because they refused to fix their mistakke . A friend of mine recommended to stop by dubon auto center . Although it is a small mom and pops shop , they treated me with respect and dignity and looked at the car. Turns out they welded the quarter panel wrongg and had left debris behind and a mess and also didnt seal it correctly so I was lucky it didnt rain ! and they did make those burn marks! Dubon fixed the the issues in 1 day and charged me a small fraction of what i would had payed in the service king. Please please please ! Do yourself a favor and stop by this auto collision repair place first!
