They like to still your money cause that's all they care about
They expect you to pay for the course before they disclose information about the course that you will need to complete the course like a case number witch I didn't have cause my case is unfiled. So I cancelled my order and then they don't want to refund your money because they don't care about you as a individual as they state all they care about is taking your money after they got your money they can care less about you.and don't expect them to answer the phone or give you all call back

I accidentally lost the link to zoom minutes before the class on Monday. Desperatedly I called the company at one minute before 9 and minutes later. A recording answered.Finally when a lady answer the phone and I complained that nobody was there to answer in spite of the fact that they claim hours starting at 8 am, the lady coldly told me that it is my responsibility.I asked for a link to zoom. She did not send it. I called again and she told me that she will report "my abuse to the administration". Consequently I lost the class and, automatically I lost the one tomorrow. I will be out $150. I can not conceibe that problems like mine could not be anticipated by the company. Instead to try to remedy immediately, they don't act so we have to pay more money. This is he classic "racket".Probably as a result of this review more bad consequences will come to me but I do not care if I my review can alert other persons regarding this company.

Tracy is a great instructor who is nonjudgmental and made me feel comfortable bing a part of the class. She asks how our day was at the beginning of each class and interacts with us about our personal lives and incorporates that into her course making it easier to learn. She is very to the point and is quick to correct us when we have a wrong answer. I have learned so much in this course about alcohol and the body while driving that I never would have known if it weren’t for her. I am happy to have met her and am certain from the knowledge I’ve gained from her course that I will never see her again. Thank you miss Tracy!
