Lots of free ebooks here and I've purchased books directly also, that I could not find elsewhere. Most of what I was looking for was available at deeply discounted prices. There were a couple of obscure titles, that site owner did not have, but he offered a lot of other books in the same subject matter that were interesting.
Great Library; Not updated for the last 3 months yet the content is easily accessible and ... the quality is great.
