Excellent customer service and support!!!
I ordered my pedicure chairs with ebuynails.com and their service was excellent. They made everything clear such as when I expected to receive my products, warranty time, how to install the spa, what do I need to check before signning the receipt... I had a very good experience with them and will be contacting them anytime I need something for my salon.

They are still good for order online yourself
I gave this place 3 stars instead of 5 is because they have great prices. But their customer service skills need to improve. I only need description but hardly heard when the sale rep introducing or instructing about pedicure spa. Anyway, they are still good for order online yourself.

Good service, good website and good business!!!
The website look really impressive and convenient for me to use. Iam not good at internet but need new things for my salon so I shopped around few sites and they made me went around around, so complicated. I like simple thing.Ebuynails.com also offer very nice customer service and chat support and answered my question quickly. They have many models of pedicure spas for my salon design. They really do good business. Strongly recommeded for someone like simple and nice service as me.

Just bought 7 new pedicure chairs model E7 for my shop and I loved it. Very nice customer service and fast shipping, only took me 2 days to receive it. All chairs are working great, easy to install and my clients loved them too. Recommended for salon owners who want to upgrade their shop. Will buy again for sure.

Real low price products
I shopped around many companys and they all had offered lowest price but I found out that just they said, only ebuynails.com could give the best price as they promise.Really like all how customer service should be!I highly recommend for everyone find the good deal with nail salon furniture.
