Can't return it's a lie
Returning this product has been an absolute nightmare.Ordered the stethoscope as a gift for a nephew and attempting to return it has been terrible.There is no phone number to call for customer service.And when you attempt to do it through their only form which is email it puts you in a constant loop where you can never get an opportunity to return it
