Over the moon!
I can’t thank them enough for the incredible picture I got from Suda. The customer service is the best and Michael was so helpful over email and chat. This was a gift for my mums birthday - she adores elephants. There was also a free painting included in the parcel. The photos and videos made the whole thing even better - when I showed people the picture, they couldn’t believe an elephant had painted it, that it until they saw the photos and videos. I couldn’t be more grateful and I’m pleased to see the elephants are so well cared for.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing. It was on time and it had the desired effect for the person I gave it to. The only thing I would say is that it would be great to have a picture of the elephant who painted it and sent it with the painting. Apart from that a great experience all around.

My whole town is amazed
There is no possible way this could have been made easier or more enjoyable. Everything went quickly and as explained even in these days of Covid delays. Extra touches of photos and videos of every step, fantastic.

Elephant Art Online is excellent
Elephant Art Online is excellent. The paintings are phenomenal and you also receive photos and videos of the elephant painting the artwork. Watching the elephants create the art is a fantastic experience. The customer service is also the best I ever received from any company. My painting was lost in the mail and they arranged for the elephant (Suda) to make me another painting which was provided to me at no charge. I would highly recommend that everyone purchase a piece of art from Elephant Art Online

These paintings are the real thing
The shipping time was very fast considering where it came from. Tracking was provided and the authenticity and quality of the painting were beyond description. We loved it. We bought a second one for our daughter who loves elephants. I highly recommend this organization for what they are doing with these humanely treated animals. It's very entertaining to watch these elephants paint real pictures, and not just a bunch of brush strokes on a canvas like some groups have their animals do. These are actual paintings by the elephants themselves.

I was a little skeptical
I was a little skeptical, but the experience exceeded my expectations. I received the beautiful painting, along with still photos of it being painted, in a timely fashion. By email, I received a video of the same. The details of the painting matched the pictures/video. I would not hesitate to buy again or recommend to a friend.

We received our painting faster than we thought. it arrived with beautiful photos of Suda painting our picture. All was securely packaged. The painting is just as we expected and looks amazing. Communication with Elephant Art was simple and with prompt replies. The staff were personable in our communications.
