They are absolutely scammers
They are absolutely scammers. I ordered parts that never arrived. I tried to get my money back and they never sent it. They gave all sorts of excuses and even when they agreed to send the money back, they just ignored me and dissapeared. BEWARE of these people..

I have used Emma Music over the last five years, it is just an exceptional source of pro material with very reasonable prices and the fastest deliveries of any supplier of guitar parts that I have encountered.I have exchanged multiple times with David who runs the company and he has always been super reactive.My favourite supplier of guitar parts by a longshot.

"In Stock" items might not really be in stock.
I wanted to buy a Dimarzio DP212 humbucker. It was listed as "In Stock" on the Emma Music website. I paid by paypal and received an email receipt. A couple of days later i contacted emma music to check if it was really in stock and an approx delivery date. I got a swift reply, but sadly it wasn't in stock (!) so I cancelled the order and received a paypal refund the next day.

THE WORSE SITE TO BUY GUITAR STUFF
Please, AVOID purchasing in this site. They show pictures of genuine and good articles but they send you another cheaper or poor quality ones. Claiming to return the parcel and get your money back is very tricky and difficult to achieve and you have to pay the shipping cost on return even when the fault is their responsability. I am still wainting for my money back, and I am really prepared to lost my money definitely.

I agree with people commenting this is a terrible shop, the product I received was full of scratches and despite claiming it is a mirror pickguard is just a plastic one, it even came marked with some sort of marker and no protective plastic. Should have read reviews before throwing my money down the drain.

Horrible experience, don't buy anything here
Horrible experience! I bought product (Fender jazz bass pickguard). Product came to me me after 28 days (28 days within Europe is too long time), it was used. Visable scratches on both sides. I thought to myself, maybe it's just on protective film, so I pealed protective film, and it was the same. Scrathes.. I wrote to them and complain. They don't live moto that customer is in first place, person on the other side argued that its genuine product, that it was new, blah blah. What is also important, product didn't even fit. Srew holes were offset. Anyway, I shipped product back to them, wrote e-mail about that, wrote once again e-mail after month of sending it back. No response, to refund. I was robbed for 66 euros of product and 18 euros for shipping.Never again with this scam shop!

Speedy, good communication throughout. Items arrived perfectly
I can’t speak for the bad experiences others have had, but looking at the company’s website, by the time I came to order they had added more staff to improve service. Well, service improved! I ordered in the early hours of the morning and but by just 9am the order was dispatched, arriving only a few days later at my doorstep in London, UK. I couldn’t recommend them more, I reckon the Coronavirus put a strain on their business which is what led to the bad previous reviews. But I suppose to an extent you just have to take my word for it, and hope for the best when you order! All in all, I’m a happy customer.

Avoid this shop
Avoid buying in this shop, it is either a scam or they are completely incompetent. After as month waiting to receive what I ordered, I contacted the shop several times to ask about what I bought and never received an answer.

Awful communication and service
Awful communication and service. Avoid to buy online!The component (Fender Tremolo) was defective. It was difficult to have an email answer received after one week. Agreed for sending back the item for the replacement. Instead of sending the replacement they gave me a refund on only the product and not the shipment expenses as they argue the product was not defective even if it was completely unusable. Result I spent 30€ of shipping cost back and forth without having the product.

Delivery didn't match the order. Got credited for the mistake.
Update: I was able to reach the customer service at jdfmusic[at]yahoo.fr. As per my request, they credited the price difference so the case got settled. The explanation was confusion between the two SKUs. Hence the rating raised from 2 to 3.Original review: I ordered luthier tools and guitar parts to the value of 300 euros. Shipping to Finland took over 2 weeks which is acceptable during the COVID-19 situation.Most of the order was as expected but instead of the fret saw that I ordered, there was an additional fret slot cleaning saw. The price difference between the two items is 11 euros to my loss.Also, the claimed wooden radius block is made of mdf or similar material. The radius seems to be ok so it will still do the job but is obviously less robust.I tried to contact Emma Music to solve the case but their contact email address bounces back.

Zero customer servie
I ordered in the last weeks two times from Emma Music, they sent me two times not the ordered items. First time instead of braided shielded wire they sent me cloth covered wire. Second time instead of HOSCO gibson humbucker rings they sent me Ferds epiphone pickup rings. I sent claims three times , but any answer.
