Strongly disappoing, hidden cost!
My experience with EpicVIN was extremely disappointing.I was charged almost $200 under terms that were not clearly presented or transparently communicated. The pricing structure was not obvious at the time of purchase, and I strongly dispute the claim that the terms were “clearly stated.”When I raised the issue and requested a refund, the response was unsatisfactory and did not resolve the concern. As a result, I have initiated a chargeback with my card issuer and filed a formal complaint with the FTC.In my opinion, the billing practices lack transparency, and I would strongly advise others to read every detail carefully before entering payment information.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

EpicVin Detailed Reports are Very Helpful!
EpicVin provided very detailed reports on used vehicles I was considering to purchase. I was able to make my choice feeling well informed of the vehicle's history. The report also provided very detailed vehicle information that I could review quietly on my own in my own home, and I had time to think carefully before my final decision. Highly recommend EpicVin.

The title history is detailed as is the vehicle safety recall history even shows where and when the vehicle was last sold sometimes the price too. The trial period was worth the 1 dollar.

Misleading Subscription Practices – Disputing Charge
The $1 vehicle report was presented in a way that did not clearly communicate enrollment into a $99 recurring subscription. The renewal terms were not transparently disclosed in a clear and conspicuous manner.I was charged $99 without clear prior notification. After contacting support and receiving no response, I am left with no choice but to initiate a chargeback and file formal complaints regarding deceptive subscription practices.Consumers should be extremely cautious before entering payment details on this platform.This review will be updated if a full refund is processed.
