I order almost $2000 worth of rugs and carpet from them within the last year. My experience with them has been perfect, the quality of the product, the customer service, and the delivery experience. The way the site is set up and how detail it is I have never seen a site like this and I do most of if not all of my shopping online.

Holy cow
Holy cow, how do these people stay in business?? Saw a nice rug on their Facebook ad, ordered and paid. Couple days later, wrong rug comes. An ordeal to return it. Replacement rug comes, wrong rug AGAIN. Unbelievably, they offer to let me keep their ugly rug for a partial refund. Now, for a second time, going through their return process, Hoping to see a refund. Impossible to reach a supervisor or any thinking person. Sorry I can’t get the rug I want, but these people are just ridiculous. They’ve elevated incompetence to an art form.

Their prices are good and I REALLY like the setup that they hav where you can view your item that you are purchasing in the area where you are buying it for. I also had a question that I sent them through email and they responded in a timely manner. Thumbs up so far! I just have to wait and see if the rug is going to meet my expectations when I receive it.

Thousands of rugs
Thousands of rugs. All sizes. All prices. Great customer service. They really do mean return shipping is free. No restocking or other fees. I have only returned one rug and it was quite easy. I’ve purchased at least 5 rugs from Esalerugs in the past. I don’t even bother to look elsewhere.

I found it easy to choose what I wanted…
I found it easy to choose what I wanted by picking size, shape and color. Plus, I wanted a solid color instead of pattern and found what I wanted without much lost time: a solid white frieze hexagon plus the same frieze in a 2’x3’ rectangle, plus pads, for a very good sale price. I’m rating the experience 4 stars instead of 5 because the first time I clicked “add to cart” and then checked my cart after searching a bit more, my cart was empty.
