Problem with my withdrawals.First withdrawals credited to my account after verification.2nd withdrawal is not credited as it is still in pending withdrawals as than 7 days passed.I am trying to contact support team, 3rd conservative day I got the same reply we will get back to you after we receive any information from finance team.Even they are saying your account is verified.Without any reason they are holding my withdrawals.

It's best to avoid this casino at all costs. I signed up and deposit, no problem. When I wanted to play, I got logged out of the account and their reason was that I was playing from a restricted area when in fact I wasn't. I've sent them proof of my IP address many times but they keep on ignoring emails and the costumer service on the chat keep on accusing me of changing my IP address with VPN (?) No idea what that is. I was then finally able to log in but only to find out that my account is suspended and I can't play any games. I've asked for a refund since they don't believe I am in a non restricted country buy my emails are still being ignored and it's been a week since this all started. Total scam and they should be ashamed of themselves

Ok to play here but if you are new…
Ok to play here but if you are new customer and make a cashout you have to wait 3-4 working days till they approve your request and then some days more till they bank transfer the money ... so way too long waiting times for your money if you win this can be improved alot like pokerstars 1-2 days ^^
