When a problem arose with my booking, it became immediately clear how weak and inadequate the support structure truly is. The lack of phone support made resolving urgent issues painfully slow and impersonal. all responses came through online channels, yet turnaround times completely ignore the urgency of the situation. Without real time communication, even basic clarifications dragged on through endless back and forth messages. The process felt rigid, uncaring, and disconnected from actual customer needs. For an events platform, the absence of immediate assistance is unacceptable and seriously damages the overall experience.

The people at Events.com are beyond awful. Payment for an event held nearly three years ago never arrived. Lies, endless excuses, and deliberate avoidance replaced any form of accountability. Dealing with this company was extremely stressful. I strongly recommend that you avoid Events.com. The people here were difficult to communicate with, and the management was less than useless. Aside from the company's blatant incompetence, communication with the people here was also terrible. They clearly don't care about their clients and customers. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Events.com certainly creates unforgettable experiences, but in the worst possible way. At first, everything looked perfect on the surface, and we believed the company was capable. What we did not expect was the total disorganization behind the scenes. Chaos and disorder ruled every aspect of the event. Problems surfaced one after another during the event, leaving us scrambling and improvising constantly. The stress was overwhelming. The event only succeeded because my team worked tirelessly, thinking fast and solving every issue, while the events team contributed almost nothing. Avoid this incapable company at all cost

I am still waiting for the money this company has owed me since the old Brown Paper Tickets days in 2023. After years of reaching out, all I ever get is the same lifeless automated email demanding I fill out yet another form, even though I already completed that form long ago. I want what is owed to me, and I want it returned without another round of pointless hoops to jump through.

Events.com is easily one of the worst platforms I have ever used. When something goes wrong, you are abandoned with no way to reach an actual human being. Their so-called support is a cruel joke, hiding behind the excuse of “we are not offering phone support at this time” while customers are left stranded. For a company that brags about end-to-end solutions, its failure to provide even basic customer care is insulting and shows utter disregard for those who rely on it. The entire experience left me furious, helpless, and regretting I ever trusted them.

Stop Stalling and Return Our Money
We are still waiting for our money, long after Events.com took over from Brown Paper Tickets. Not a single cent has been returned in months. Instead of payment, we get buried in pointless forms and useless emails that go nowhere. This is nothing but delay after delay while our money is held hostage.

Total Frustration and the Happy Resolution
I have spent two hours trying to get an event listed on the calendar of a local newspaper. This platform is the worst—constant error messages when there are no errors. Customer support is canned responses that did not "read" the request for support. I was just trying to add a listing. What a nightmare if we were trying to sell tickets thru this site. UPDATE: on 12/11, I was able to speak with a representative of Events.com. In less than 5 minutes he was able to walk me thru the issue that was creating the problems in uploading the information. AG's direct customer service was stellar. So....i am moving my initial one star experience up to 4 stars

Beware, don't make my mistake!
TICKET SELLERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! They stole over $700 from me. Even worse, is the emotional upset for being scammed out of money. They will not correct their error. Customer phone support is non-existent. Do your research first and do not make the mistake we did.

From start to finish, the service was far below expectations, but the most glaring issue was the complete lack of accessible customer support. They claim that everything on their website is simple. It's a lie. The website is complicated and doesn't work properly. Their customer support is usually unavailable and poor and responds too slowly. It was a horrible experience. Please avoid depending on them for your event needs. They are just awful!

The management here are narcissists who have zero respect for the employees and who literally do not care about our well-being. I was absolutely furious with Events.com! They couldn't have been more disorganized if they tried. Every time I called, I got different answers, and half the time, they didn't even know what I was talking about. Their platform was glitchy, slow, and crashed constantly. I lost count of how many times I had to start over because the site just stopeed working. The worst part was their lack of transparency and hidden fees. I ended up paying way more than what they initially quoted, and when I asked about the extra charges, they gave me the runaround. They were unapologetic and rude.
