My Wi-Fi wasn't even through out the house. The technician came out and quickly rectified the problm.
We’ve had great customer service and a very good competitive price through Everfast.
I canceled Everfast around the end of October 2024 because they were no longer offering services. Everfast kept billing me monthly despite the fact I no longer had service. When they finally figured this out, which took months, my account shows I have a $48 credit. I have asked multiple times for the credit to be sent back to me; however, since early this year, it has not been credited. This company more than SUCKS! We've had fiber internet from Everfast for several years now. The service has been fast, and cheaper than most of their competitors. They also gave us 2 months free on our initial contract.We haven't had to interact with customer service as we haven't had any issues, so I can't speak to that, but we've been more than satisfied with our internet service.
I canceled 12/23 and was told that my bill was 127.39 by Cristina . I paid electronically. Today I received an e mail stating that I owed 300.47. at 5:05 then I got another email stating that I owed 144 87. Today I called and They stated that bills were incorrect and that there were errors and that I owed $47.00. I have no faith in their billing service nor their product.
Everfast discontinued cable service in my market 10/24/24. As of today, they continue to bill (and auto-pay) for full services after I cancelled internet, and went to streaming services. Before they stopped providing traditional cable, they decided to stop any 'on Demand' service (February) and yet continue to bill for it/more. This is the most dysfunctional company I have ever dealt with. I have called more in 2024 than any company in my life with service issues, billing issues, cancel service, etc. You CAN'T get a live person on the phone. You can open tickets in their system but they never respond to them. Worthless, deceptive and highly lacking in integrity. Do NOT use them no matter what - the service is crappy and so is their business practices. Who continues billing for a service they discontinued after a cancel for internet and a return of the equipment?
Worst ever - customer service, service provided (phone/net/TV), billing, costs....just the worst most terrible all inclusive/all around terrible.They switched from cable to digital, called as directed to receive new box before cutoff date - sent box 9/24 but had to call 3 times before informed that they had to 'switch it on' (about 10/29 this was done) however they billed me for entire month for both cable and digital...They cancelled all service without notice, we did not request-they screwed up, took 10/24-11/11 to restore service - no credit for this
Signing up with everfast fiber is a complete waste of your money. Their service is problem after problem and they never answer their own phones. They are incompetent and very very frustrating.
They charged me for a full month even after I canceled the service due to bad connection and speed. They said no cancelation before they call me. What a foolish reason to take our money for nothing. I will never recommend it to anyone. Hope there is less than a star.
This company continues to get it wrong. We allowed them the opportunity to keep our business with their new streaming service. The picture quality and the fees related to their tiny new TiVo box are a revenue stream that delivers nothing but mediocrity. I went from a crystal clear picture to one of artificial processing that blurred the football and golf ball as they are in flight. Picture seems AI generated versus natural and clean. I have had enough and will be changing my supplier after 10 years.
Customer Service does not exist. They don't answer, they don't call back, and they don't respond to emails. Tech support does answer, but can not/will not transfer you to CS. They seem to expect anyone who wants to talk to them to drive to their office and stand in line. I will not do that.
I called Seven times about incorrect bills for my new service. Each representative I spoke with "escalated" the case assuring me that someone would call me. Not one Fricking call over a multi-week effort on my part.One of our remotes stopping working, They would have to order one and estimated 6 Weeks to receive it!On and on and on and on and .....
After canceling service and moving to another apartment complex and always paying my bill on time, they have not refunded what they show as a credit to my account. I terminated service in March and here we are in August and still no refund. Time to get a TV station investigation going.
Absolutely terrible, nothing worked, pretty much nightly outages. Only solution was to un plug and replug which never solved anything and was just their tactic of getting you off the phone. Random weeks where 3 days you wouldn’t have wifi. You’re essentially throwing money away by “using” their wifi. Absolutely would not recommend.
Glad I had my own router because the internet provider didn't have any routers to install. Since I live in an apartment complex I was told that I would receive two months free I had to call to get a credit applied to my account, I have been trying to get my Security code for two weeks now to view my account online and was told they would have to call me back with the code (NO RESPONSE). Record keeping need to straighten out the Billing and Account information from Consolidated Communications.
Their cable and internet services are reliable. That said, they raised my rates by 20+% over a 3 month period and they make cancelling your services very difficult, frustrating and time consuming.
Called to Cancel Service...Not because they were bad or anything, but it just doesn't work, the way i need it to (just reality)Unknown to me, calling customer service is a waste of time, THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL, unless you speak to their retention dept.... YES SHE ACTUALLY SAID RETENTION DEPT, in other words, you can't leave until we say you can leave...put on hold and nobody was available, so was told THEY WILL GIVE ME A CALL (for real)Don't meal, i'll call you, yeah RIGHT... I need to speak to a managerPat, lovely Pat, said their is nothing he can do (not to me, but to his agent)Would NOT SPEAK TO ME (that's a LEADER of all LEADERS, someone you can look upto as an agent) A person in charge of customer service whom WON'T SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER...Told the agent a was recording this call (a few times, just so i can CONFIRM, she did not object, therefore, the recording is LEGAL)Went over EVERYTHING, one last time, and cannot cancel my service....This started off pleasant the call, and then went to hell and a handbasket, UNREAL.....This should be interesting as PAT should feel the wrath of this (Hiding from customers when wanting to speak to a manager) That's a Great Corporate Motto!!!
Horrible, scammy company. I accidentally overpaid by $25 when I moved SEVEN MONTHS ago, and they keep promising to send a refund check but never do. I've given them my current address several times. The check is always "in the mail." They don't have a business office phone number you can call, conveniently enough. I have been calling their customer service number at least every other week since November.
