The first shipment was easy peasy. The customer service agents are friendly, that is why I gave them a 2 star. I paid for 3 months worth of medication and I have received one. I have got the run around about logistics and nobody can seem to tell me when the 2nd month's medication will ship. So now I am wondering will I have to start over from scratch because they are taking too long to send out the medication. I wonder is this the game that they play. I even offered to pay for different shipping since they claimed it was logistics, but I was told no.

Good experience so far and weight loss has been significant. The online portal for checking in is a bit wonky and is the only reason for a one star reduction. Called this morning and “Sara” was able to hopefully correct this problem, time will tell.

after first 2 months the pen was easy to use but still no weight reduction . after third month they reduced the price and gave me a vile and syringes for $100.00n less. Prior month I did request a higher dosage and they stated they would increase , but still same dosage and after 3 months still no weight decrease . I asked if maybe pharmacy was not adding the gap meds or adding too much b12. still waiting for response after 3 days . May have to find another supplier.Sad I spent almost $1000.oo with no results .

The worst
The worst. They send out meds (and the wrong ones at that), without and details, instructions or follow-up. They do not answer emails promptly. If at all! They sent my daughter semaglutide instead of Tirzepatide without telling her how much or how to use. It was her first time and they were unresponsive. Totally irresponsible. DO NOT USE!!!

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. They are understocked and untrustworthy. Their telephone solicitation sounded like a good deal and about $100 less than my previous provider. The first month went smoothly but then I was charged an additional $100.00 for the second month. When I called to complain about the discrepancy, customer service agreed that I was over charged but it took two more calls and about 10 days before a refund was reflected in my bank account. That was three weeks ago and I still haven’t receive my prescription. In addition, while I was promised a pen for injection delivery, I’ve been informed that only vials and needles are available. This company is a scam. Don’t waste your time and money here. There are plenty more reliable providers.

I’ve been using everymeds since July…
I’ve been using everymeds since July 2025. I’ve lost 40 lbs and very happy with the process. There have been a few situations but all handled professionally and timely. While I’m disappointed with the switch to vials from the pen, I understand there is an availability issue. I trust the company is working to reinstate the pen as this is the main reason I went with everymeds. Hopefully supply will be made available again soon.
