Would not recommend

Used them for NLV, they claimed to make your consulate appt and help with all the paperwork and some translations. Turns out they could not make the consulate appt and just emailed a list of paperwork needed. We were turned away at BLS because paperwork was incorrect. No one at Expay meets with you or reviews your paperwork. They respond to emails days after we sent them. We asked for a partial refund due to them giving us incorrect information but she refused. Cannot recommend this company, find someone else to help you.

Mixed NLV experience

We used EXPAY for a NLV VISA. On a positive note , the paperwork was submitted fairly promptly despite some communication challenges between us and visa has been received within 11 weeks of submission . Also the external companies they works with- translations service , health insurance , tax & financial advisors have been extremely helpful and I would not hesitate in working with any of them again. However dealing with the team themselves was not as straightforward. In the end we parted ways as she refused to continue to support us after the initial submission and also I was blocked from their Facebook group despite making NO comments on there. I believe many others have had positive experiences. At the end of the day the visa has been obtained so I am satisfied with the overall outcome and will certainly research more next time . There are a number of agency’s that could support on NLV application and for the amount of money you pay you need to ensure that you feel you get value for that, so would always suggest you check the various Facebook groups and find one that fits your needs. . I have received some excellent support on some other groups.

Dont get scammed !!!!

Paid this company to apply for my Spanish NLV, but i had to pull out, this company now ignore all attempts to contact them via email, whatsapp messenger even their own app, to arrange a refund, can only get an answer when i comment on their fb posts, and they say my email must have gone to junk and they will check, but of course they dont reply !!!been trying to contact them for weeks !
