The customer service person Emma was excellent. She insured that my tickets were there. She responded to my emails. We had a situation with the airport and she made sure it was corrected. I had a great experience and I will be using these guys again.
I have used this company a few times and they are always great on prices even when it’s last minute. I wanna give a big shoot out to Emma Wilson for being so kind and very helpful. She is patient and very good at her job ! Thank you for all the help and getting us to our destination!
This company is fraudulent and does not actually deliver tickets. My father purchased tickets from them a week in advance and when we called them to ask for our boarding passes, they kept us on hold for over an hour and then simply hung up on us. They insisted we repurchase the tickets at 4 times the original cost despite already having bought them and issuing us a confirmation email. They claim to be based in Florida, but when you check their address it's simply a warehouse next to a fire station. They are shady, manipulative, and will scam you if given the opportunity. I've since filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office regarding their fraudulent business practices as well as the FTC. Do not use them. You will be scammed.
I really was scared at first but they was every thing they promised me with good feed back from I appreciate Emma Wilson and Pablo for helping me and I would refer this company to any one great job

They got the ticket to me, but there was a significant upcharge for some reason. Also just feels sketchy as hell, it would’ve been cheaper to skip this business altogether.
It’s a complete scam they lied to me I booked the flight they charged my card and said you will receive boarding pass 24 hours prior to your flight, nothing been send no information been provided and now if you call this number they are selling medical device it’s a scam they are non humans.
I thought the flight itself was great I didn’t like the leg room. My knees were in the seat and the beverages are too expensive. No one should have to pay 4.50$ for ice water!!! Other than that it was very good and Rose was very helpful in my this flight happen she was very good…
Everything went fairly well, except it took me quite a while to get my luggage paid for, but that was through frontier I was unable to get it done through your company. Rose was my initial contact. She did a wonderful job.
On my way back to Washington it start with my bday being wrong on the boarding pass, which took forever and I was cutting it very close to make my flight. When I did get to my gate my name was called and when I got up there they told me I needed physical proof of the card I used. They read me off a card # and I said I dont own that card. Well they said it was a fraudulent card and I was not able to board the flight! The money was taken out of my account but I was not allowed to board the plane! SCAM!
Do not use this site!!!!! FRAUD!!! They don’t even need 1 star. Purchased tickets on Tuesday and was told I’d have them by Friday midnight. Never received the tickets for a Saturday flight. Called then Saturday morning and was told I’d have them in a few hours. Never received them!!!!!!! Then they lied and gave me a confirmation code which was not legit. After calling the airline to confirm they had no record of us having tickets. I will file a claim with my bank to get my money back after never receiving tickets. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!!!!
Thought we were scammed. It was a nightmare to get our boarding pass and were not even listed as a passenger until we were on our way to the airport. We made several calls and kept being told in 2 more hours we’ll get them. Emma was the only one to help us, but it seems like it’s the same 3 or 4 people that answer all of the calls. I felt like I wasn’t even calling a business.
Everything went smoothly for my trip and I want to thank Fareskart for being reliable for me. I received the tickets exactly as they promised on both my departure and return flights. There were no issues whatsoever. And I very much appreciated the agent who worked with me, Emma, for being very prompt in responding to my emails when I had questions or concerns. She always got right back with me. It was a good experience.
I contacted Rose on 1-13-25 to find a flight from MCI to MCO on 1/15/25. Was told a priceOf $124.00 one way. I agreed and gave card info. The same day I see the flight date was 1/14/25. Wrong. So I called back to Rose. She found the issue and made the change but now the fee is $192.00. I booked the trip. Was told the booking boarding pass would be sent on evening of 1/14/25. By 7 pm EST NO boarding pass I called back and got ReneeBecker and was told the flight was overbooked and his ticket was canceled. I explained that since NO ONE TOLD ME!!! The trip was paid and yet canceled was not right. I told her to find the trip on the 1/15/25 someway. She told me SWA had a flight She booked it at same fee already paid and that a boarding pass would be emailed. In 2 hours still not pass so I called again and was told it takes time Soto be patient and trust me the pass will arrive. Since the cancel notice was never received it was hard to trust her. But by 12.01 pm 1/15/25 EST the pass arrived. Went to airport and SWA said the flight was not arranged and that there was no listing. I called back to get Rose. She explained it was a mix up. She sent immediately the boarding pass for Sprite AirAnd was able to fly as scheduled. Rose was very very helpful and helped me get the flight set. I want to acknowledge that I will use your service again. But hope for less frustration Thank you Fareskat.
