The lady at farmfoods in yardley was very helpful her name was Debbie,nothing was too much trouble,she took me to all of the freezers I required,and then went one over the top,helping me to the checkout with the goods I purchased, Every shop should have a Debbie,I will certainly be shopping at farmfoods yardley regular thanks to Debbie,she should be employee of the year.
I would like to say the security guard segun in the wythenshawe branch sat 17Jan @12.20 was so helpful polite well mannered and a huge credit to the store has a security guard .thank U ...
there was no chewits and barely any pepto bismal i am raging i really wanted chewits for me and my family now my wee boys starving he dosent have his chewits and only 2 bottles of pepto bismal for the week
The staff at quedgeley are a total credit to the company. It's obvious they communicate well in dealing with queries or problems ..well done
All trolleys are full of bits of rubbish and quite a few broken, trolleys have a mind of their own and being disabled find it difficult to push them. Generally the store is quite clean but today there was alot of crates hanging around.
They are producing more and more halal food by the day. What about the people who don't want to eat halal food? They are also making the halal food cheaper to encourage more people to eat it.
There is a new manager at Birmingham Farmfoods in Newtown called Sanjay, I often make complaints when things aren't right. But this time I would like to say this member of staff goes above and beyond to help the customers.I think young men taking their job seriously, and caring about customer services should be commended.Well done Sanjay keep up the good work.
Staff cdnt be any more helpful, only 2 staff on and still nothing was a to much trouble for them, thank you and keep up the great service yous provide!!
The shop and prices are ok…the only thing that is very annoying(and the staff also agree)the isles have NO NOTIFICATION AS TO WHATS ON IT.!!! extremely annoying when your just looking for a specific item..!!🤬,i dont want to be going around the shop for an hour looking for it…why wont they “give us a clue”.not good enough.

When last in farm foods a range of curry products caught my eye,it had the best packaging for curry that I,very seen so bought 2pkts 1madras and 1 kormaI have to to tell other customers that the curry's lived up to their package they were delicious, the best I,very ever tried, equal to pataks but without the effort,the name of this brand is SPICE MAGIC,don't take my word for it ,try for yourselves
I went to farm foods Cardiff this evening and was helped by a really lovely member of staff called Jack what a lovely person he was went above and beyond for my sister and myself
These reviews are nothing short of disgusting it seems every Farmfoods store seems to have serious issues, when you have a store manager falsely accusing customers of theft and searching bags it can damage a companies reputation only takes a STUPID MANAGER AND A COUPLE OF RUDE EMPLOYEES to achieve this.
Well at first was ok, all seara halal frozen Food was together in freezer, but today in wakefield branch, I saw non halal food alongside halal food, It put me off, not happy, don't why they put halal and non halal together, will think twice about going to farmfoods, not a happy customer, I hope someone replies to see, I wanna voice my concern@, Thanks Abid
Avoid this shambles of a company. Poorly maintained vehicles and mhe.Wages incorrect constantly.Sent home from the depot with no warning and then told I had quit (I hadn't quit but the manager lied)Talked down to and belittled on a daily basis.They try and force you to work dangerously.Push you to break the law.
Bought a mango that looks good inside but rotten in the inside
I bought a box of 5 large cones, white chocolate cones with caramel sauce . They are completely tasteless and the cones are spongy and impossible to eat. In future I will stick to a make I can trust.
Recently purchased a 2.4Kg, frozen leg of lamb from Farmfoods, out of curiosity more than anything. With lamb, you get what you pay for! The lamb was terrible, inedible and went in the bin. It was literally a leg of chewy fat. Avoid any deals relating to the legs of lamb as they are simply inedible and a waste of money. I would not have another even if it was free.
Everytime I go to Farmfoods in capehill, I always meet a lovely member of staff who has been working at that store for years by the name of ibrat, always helpful and smiling, keep it up xx
After paying for my 2 boxes of tea bags, the cashier gave me £1 short in change . When I explained that I only had thd £2 coin in my pocket, due said, no, I'm sure you gave me a £1 coin. I was stunned. So I gave her the 50p that she had just given me . She must have needed it.Won't be back.
