Did not install HVAC system correctly and poor responsiveness
Did not install HVAC system correctly and it auto shuts off. Been without heating now for over 3 weeks. The guy on the phone does their best but can do nothing about it. Had others out to check it over and they say it was not installed correctly. If I have them fix it it will void labor warranty not parts. Owner never calls back, 3 scheduled appointments just never turned up to and I have to chase again. Took days off work each time. Excessive maintenance plan charges and one off visit charges. Did not treat my wife with respect when she was home to allow them to inspect the systems.
