Thought I was going on my PayPal only realising when £9.99 went out of my account. Bank now blocked any request for payment. Tried to contact them and stop my subscription. Nothing happens. Just a money making scam.
They popped up on what I thought was a link to my Paypal account and set up a direct debit to take £9.99 every fortnight. Clearly a scam and they do not answer their phones
Had a small issue, Bob reached out and promptly took care of it for me. Great service!
Customer service was great, Sarra did everything to help me get my money back when I went to cancel.
