Broke Upon Opening
It could have easily been a great product, but it was shattered before I could form a legitimate opinion. Unfortunately upon first attempt at opening the packaging the hard plastic outside broke and therefore cracked the tempered glass into fragments. That being said, I did like the included wet and dry wipes to clean the screen beforehand.

Questionable quality of digitizer ribbon cable
This is a review of multiple iphone 4S parts I ordered. My first order included a home button and power button because each of the original buttons had become unresponsive at times, especially the power button. I ordered the buttons, and after a reasonable ship time, I installed the new parts. The supplemental installation videos were a huge help! The buttons work well with no complaints 4/5 stars for that order. My second order was for a new 4S screen because my original had a minor crack. I ordered the part when it was back in stock. After a reasonable transit time, it arrived in protective, solid packaging. I was so close to finishing the installation. When I went to connect the digitizer ribbon cable connector to the logic board, it snapped right at the base of the cable! $33.48 and a perfectly new screen right down the drain! I wasn't even tugging on the cable, just maneuvering it a certain way snapped it. Now I have to order an entirely new screen?! Not happy. I'm thinking I will order from a different source to see if there is a different manufacturer with a less flimsy ribbon cable. I wish I had a better experience, but now I'm out of a phone for another week while I wait on a new screen

took too long to ship.
I paid for overnight shipping and my lcd replacement didn't arrive until 4 days after. the overnight cost $40 on top of the $89 I spent on the lcd. I was not happy with the service but the quality of the product is good.

I had a little trouble with receiving credit toward recycled screens. But after a little talking, of messaging back and forth, to better understand the "behind the scenes" reality, they gave me the deal I thought I deserved. They've always pulled through for me.

The screen I ordered worked - no problems
