I’ve been a loyal customer for many years bc the food is great and the prices are reasonable. Just one time I was mistakenly given the wrong meals after trying to update my order. RJ quickly understood what I was trying to do and made it right for me. Thank you!

Had an issue with the recurring meal subscription. RJ jumped on a call and got it taken care of. Any company can promise to deliver but it’s when something goes wrong and how it’s handled that shows how a company works. Thanks to RJ and the team for doing their part to make things right.

Today's call was perfect and I appreciate the help and information on the plans... France made it very easy for me to get my meals. Started quickly and sign up for bi weekly ship shipments

Finding the customer service number was difficukt to contact. Got ahold of France and she canceled my order after canceling my subsciption twice through email. They still send you offering si beaware that you really are because the next thing you know you see a charge for 244.00 and box coming with food! I cannot tolerate whey protein and I mentioned that, I said to no I still want to cancel all on email because I could not find an acct for myself or call #. She saud just now the refund will process and she stopped my order! The food is decent.

Worse customer service ever tried to stop my subscription was told it was canceled, but my card was still charged.Would not give me a refund or let me change meal.
Overall, a great experience with the food orders and the customer service. France was great at helping me figure out my services and was very attentive.

It's good delivery meal company, it's has helped me in the journey to eat healthy, their meals taste good, and the customer service is good as well, I talked with a lady named France and help to resolve my issues that I have had at that moment, and very friendly and kind.
RJ called me offering me a meal plan unfortunately I travel for a living and they do not ship to p.o boxes.he listened to my issue of not being refunded and corrected the matter with out any problems when I am able to I will only from him and referring any and all people to him directly thank you RJ with flexpromeals you have my support 100%!!
