Flixpress apparently is dead and buried.
Flixpress had been a handy online way to make video intros, outros, and similar. I had two accounts--a paid account and a free account. But now it's disappeared. The URL leads to another unrelated company (though with the same logo).

Flixpress is just taking people's money without any service -- There is no way to contact them that actually works. They were once a great company -- I dont know what happened with the company but they should be a shame to not respond or return money back. Contacting the better business bureau

I have an "Expert" account and have been trying for months now to render/process videos. The site is up, but will not process any videos. Their customer service is non-existent. It does you NO GOOD to fill out a service ticket. I have sent one every day for months. I won't be renewing.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for almost a year to no avail. It hurts to be charged 30 dollars every month. These are technically a scam. The content is rarely updated, the same boring choices. Stay away from this.

Absolutely zero customer service and no way to cancel subscription. Had to call my bank to request a new card and avoid recurring charges. Try InVideo instead.

ABSOLUTE FRAUD & SCAM - STAY AWAY! Who can we report this to? Have been asking them for months to cancel my sub which I did for 1 month but money keeps being deducted from my credit card - now I have the shlep of cancelling it and waiting. These guys must be taken to task. Does anyone know who to contact to avoid them stealing from others. They must be caught. I cannot find anywhere on their system to cancel our account. I would like to report Flixpress. This company has created an affordable service plan for $ 3.49 per month. When I subscribed to this plan I was able to verify that in addition to this payment I must pay an additional amount for each video that is downloaded. So I decided to cancel my contracted Plan. And what does Flixpress do? He ignores this cancellation and the following month he recharges the amount on the credit card. I insist again that we have unsubscribed from the Plan and the following month they will reload it. So the Flixpress strategy is very clear. They trust that as it is a small amount, no one will report them or take any legal action for that amount. In the end, I and many other people that I have seen on Facebook that the same thing has happened to me, we have no other solution than to cancel our credit card and use a new one with all the inconvenience that this causes. But for them it is a big business, that small amount multiplied by many people allows them to pocket a significant amount every month without problems. I have the proof, I hope you can do something to prevent other people from being affected by these unscrupulous scammers. Best regards

there is no support from them
there is no support from them . been waiting 5 days now and nothing. their software is buggy or something wrong with it . Can't upload background pic or audio . Something to do with needing a minimum of flash 10 so no button to upload shows up and I've given up trying to reach support. Cancelled my recurring payment with paypal and in the process of refund hopefully. Sad definetly would not recommend.

These people will not stop charging me. I have asksed for two years to stop and they will not. I am cancelling my paypal accounts so that they cannot take any more money. I didn't use the platform and have followed all their recommendations, they do not answer or follow my request, there is NO WAY to unsubscribe. Beware of giving them your bank account or paypal.
