NO SHIPPING LABEL to retun so you will end up paying more to ship them back.
I really hate to leave bad comments but this was my experience.
Issue 1: when trying to pay, a lot of offers pop up and if you try to make a change, it will not work and you will get extra charges and orders. Customer service is awful so they won't help at all. You will have to pay shipping fees, in my case $140 for a $200 order. This was a website mistake in the first place.
Issue 2: if you did not like the pillows, you will end up paying shipping costs. Just not worth it.

Still unable to return pillows order 181070
This is my 2nd review. I have been trying to return my pillows, but with no success. Despite the fact that I contacted them as soon as they arrived the company has given me the run-around and of course now I am beyond the 30 return period. The pillows are still in the original boxes, unopened. I want to get my money back. What can I do?

I would give them zero stars
I would give them zero stars. They never delivered my full order. They are changing the delivery info saying it will be delivered and using previous delivery info to trick PayPal. It's utterly disgusting what they are doing. I only received parcel items and it was a large sum!!

Worst experience with ordering and then…
Worst experience with ordering and then returning. Instead of allowing customers to make their purchase and move on, they continue with pop ups pushing an upsell and more items. The pillow was o at best and maybe I would have kept both pillows if they didn't ship me the 2nd one at the wrong size but claimed the system automatically changed the size. No, the system kept adding items like pillow cases and extra bonuses (for a cost). I just wanted to king pillows and would've paid happily if they weren't such a slimy company.

First the pillows are horrible...RUN
First the pillows are horrible. And they tricked me on price...almost double what they invoiced for what I agreed and paid. Hard as rocks.
Then on a $198 order, they billed my card $343...they sent second charge to card for $783!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took a week to get it back, and I never got the overcharge.
HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES FROM CHINA>>>SLOW AND UN-AMERICAN.
Tried to return per their FREE Return Policy....well a.) I must pay to return, no RGA or label, b.) they must be in original packaging (that was cheap plastic bag vacuum packed around for cheap shipping (from China) and then if checked out they might do refund....less their shipping and handling, less any applicable fees??????? Garbage.
Lets all guess my odds of seeing any $?

Not worth all the hype
Not worth all the hype. I purchased the bundle of the authentic down firm pillows for “sidesleepers.” Only problem is, I feel like I’m sleeping on a Motel 6 pillow. They are flat and not luxury at all.

Falling asleep faster than ever

The company is a scam
The company is a scam. They trap you in a series of choices and then add costs unauthorised. I ordered 2 pillows and was charged for 3...the shipping was supposed to be free and cost 20 dollars, what was supposed to be a purchase of 99 dollars became $169
Considering Oprah gave us Dr Phil and Mehmet Oz...I should have known better... never again though!!

I’m deeply disappointed in this pillow - I’d give a 2-3 star for the pillow itself, but a 0 star for customer service. I’ve been trying to contact them for a return and I haven’t received any response, even though they promise a 30 day refund.
