Trust your gut—this service is exactly what it seems: a scam.I know you want to believe it’s not. Maybe you need to believe it’s not. You were down on your luck, so you Googled something like “bad credit apartments,” right? And presto—you saw an ad in the sidebar. They had a phone number, a business address, a website. It looked legit.It’s not. Here’s how the scam works:You click the link and land on a website straight out of the ‘90s, complete with a janky “referral form.” You fill it out. A message pops up saying they’ve “found a match” for you and that more details will be sent via email.Then you get the email. They refer you to another business—probably Corporate Moves—that claims it can help you find housing. It all seems semi-legit because Corporate Moves has made a real effort to look like an actual company.But here’s the truth: they’re referring you to themselves. The domains forrentnocredit.com and corp-moves.com share the same IP address. They are the same operation. And Corporate Moves is not providing a legitimate service. Their sole purpose is to scam you out of every dollar they can.It starts with pressure. “Amanda” from corp-moves.com will flood your phone with texts claiming there are “50 people in line behind you,” so you need to act now. Fill out this form. Sign that release. Send $300 immediately “to get started.”That $300? It’s a test. A test to see how gullible you are. If you send it, they know you’re a good mark. Next comes a fake “approval” email, followed by requests for thousands more.Thankfully, I didn’t fall for it all the way. Before things escalated, I got suspicious. I started digging. I ran background checks on the names listed on both websites. I searched every Secretary of State database I could find. None of it checked out. The “employees” are fake. The businesses are unregistered.So I called them out.And—big surprise—“Amanda” reacted exactly like others have reported. She called me unhinged, threatened to contact my employer, and tried to intimidate me.I laughed. I told her the only thing my employer would say is, “Put a fraud alert on your Social Security number.”Then they blocked me.If you're looking for a legitimate lease guarantor, services like The Guarantors exist—and they operate very differently from this scam. I had the worst customer service…
I had the worst customer service experience. First they took forever to get back to me just to tell me they had no referrals in the area. But I had been put in an application for a different area and they never responded to that one. The representative yelled at me and talked to me like I was stupid. I saved the emails because I felt like I was talking to a regular Joe on the road. Using ???? and !!!! and didn't even take the time to capitalize words so they were def upset.

I used this service for 2 years (Oct 2020-Oct 2022) and everything was exactly as advertised. I had an eviction on my record due to living with some roommates several years ago and they let the apartment get taken after I moved out but they were still living there until the lease was up. (The apartment was my name) I found this service several years later after finding that the eviction was still showing in the court records even though it wasn’t on my credit. I was able to rent a beautiful luxury loft apartment for those 2 years and during that time, they helped my credit score rise and show great rental history. If you’re in a jam with an eviction on your record, this service is legit and can really help you get back on your feet if you’re responsible and really serious about getting your rental history cleaned up. I was able to get a bigger and better apartment on my own after using them and my credit score has increased as well. I can’t thank them enough for helping to bridge the gap. I seriously recommend!

This company is literally a scam
This company is literally a scam. I just reported them to BBB (Better Business Bureau). I left pictures on their website page before main. Please look at these as proof. I asked a simple question of “is this a scam” and they got defensive. I asked several of their “apartments” they claim to “work” with, and they’ve never heard of this company or it’s affiliates. They have ONE number that always goes to voicemail, but they always text. If they were truly interested in helping people, they should have a less shady system of “helping” people in bad situations. Be careful people, they are preying on anyone who contacts them.Update: If your reading this and would like to see the proof of this “business” being a scam. Also, I have proof and pictures of how “professional” their staff is. Just because I asked if this was a scam they started saying I was throwing out wild accusations!!! Hahaha I asked ONE question!!! ONE!!! And got treated with such disrespect. If you’re truly a “business” or “helping people”, your staff wouldn’t be extremely rude, disrespectful, and throwing out “wild” accusations against me. Like I said people stay away from this company. If you want proof let me know.P.S. I actually did “qualify” for their “program” as one of their disrespectful staff gave me various apartments. It was when I reached out to these apartments and asked around that no one had heard of these people. I then texted the ONE number they have and asked if it was scam. Again, ONE question and one of their “employees” became enraged and defensive. My time spent military and my MOS taught me if they are defensive or shady, they have something to hide. I actually save lives for living. This “business” preys on those asking for help. Just stay clear.

Amazing Company to help you!

The REAL DEAL - they helped me with a BK filing and an eviction. You have to be patient with responses as they get so many applicants.. they will get back to you, IF you qualify. If you don't meet the income or background requirements, don't expect a call. They are very clear about this on their website ... the helped me and my son out of an abusive situation and able to rent a gorgeous apartment. I tried anchoryourassets to secure a lease after my bankruptcy. However, they were unable to secure a lease in a safe and luxurious town home. Anchoryourassets eventually kept all my money and even the deposit I had placed. Then I called corp-moves.com and asked for assistance. The staff was very friendly, and worked with me to secure a lease. They applied one time and were approved instantly for a lease. I've had no problems or issues the entire time I used their services. After filling my BK13, these were the only people willing to work with me. I was unsure about them at first, but took the risk. I'm so glad I did! They're strict, but considering the business they're in, it's to be expected. Follow the rules--basically be a good tenant--and things will work out well for you with this company. It did for me. I was a client for 4 years while my BK13 case ran its course. Now, I've been able to purchase a home and get back on my feet. I thank God that He led me to this company and that they were willing to work with me when I needed them. I would definitely recommend!Just a couple of FYIs... First, they're serious about you needing to have verifiable income. Consider their position. They're taking a big risk on you. Second, if you have any trouble contacting them, I found text is best. I always got a prompt response from them when I texted.
