Needed a furnace changed
Needed a furnace replaced and the tech Alejandro Gaspar, helped us out in finding a way to also get a AC unit also! They worked all day making sure that everything worked and the new system fit with the system. They stayed well into the evening and didn’t leave until the job was finished. After expended in detail how and what was different. They did a great job and left the area as if they were never there. They also cleaned up the area better than the previous company!

The installer did such a wonderful job. It was a long job for one person and he stayed until it was finished, checked to make sure it was working properly. Jesus Padilla Nuno was very efficient and the cleaning up after he was done was appreciated. I would definitely recommend Jesus to install heaters for anyone.

Unprofessional
They installed our HVAC unit and found out they didn't put the right size duct. Called back to have them fix it and a guy named Vance said he will call back either within the day or the day after, but they didn't. I called back a week after and finally somebody talked to me and was transferred to this same guy, Vance. He scheduled to go to our house to have the duct work fixed but we he didn't come. I called their office and they don't even know where the dispatcher is. We at least would like to know if they are coming or not. NO updates and callbacks from the dispatcher.

My furnace was not producing any heat when I awoke at 2am. I called Four Seasons at 2:30am expecting to leave a message and to my surprise I got a live person! I explained the situation and was told someone would be out between 8 and 12noon that same day. The technician called to say he was on his way and arrived at 8:30am. Too many problems with my old furnace to repair so I opted for for a replacement. They were able to get a couple of installers out that same day! The installers were prompt and efficient and I was very pleased with the service they provided. Everything was cleaned up and they were out by 4pm that day.

I had an issue with my furnace cutting out and not fully heating. I know the error codes, it was probably a faulty pressure switch, which the technician identified.So they sent out the part to the wrong address (sent it to S my address rather than N my address) I had to call numerous times to get them to resend the part, always with no response from the parts department.I was supposed to get calls back numerous times and never did. Also, since I didn't have the part, they cancelled the second service call, but no one told the technician, and he called and said he was on the way.Thankfully, my heat is working, although there is something wrong with the system. I spent way too much time on the phone trying to get service.I have used them for many years at numerous addresses, but no more.

Technician did a really good job cleaning my furnace. Filter was getting dirty pretty fast so he recommended cleaning my ductwork. Overall great experience, he was a nice guy and he cleaned up when he was finished.

I had an HVAC technician come out due…
I had an HVAC technician come out due to my furnace making a loud popping noise. They gave me a timeframe to arrive and called me when they were on their way. In all, the technician took his time diagnosing the issue and walked me through the different parts of the furnace and what they do. They had to replace my circuit board and I was happy with the professionalism the technician showed. I would definitely use them again for future servicing.

The only constructive thing I can say is the techs did a great job, were very personable and knowledgeable. It's the companies overall billing. I was initially charged over $800 for a morning visit that lasted an hour, the delivery of the shut off piece that needed repair, and 15 minutes for the second tech to come later that day to repair. I wasn't initially going to have the part replaced because the first tech had it working, but theatened that if I didn't get it fixed, something bad could happen, like killing the motor. He made a call and the office went down to $704 for a senior discount. Then I found out the part was around $20.00. Morning tech for $85 (45 minutes), part $20, afternoon tech $85 (15 minutes. That's about a $200 job!!!!!! How do they explain initially charging $800.00. I called Four Seasons and complained, and they gave me another $50 discount. So this $200 job in all fairness turned out to be $654! How can a company justify this outrageous markup???????
