do not recommend

i joined this program a few years back, i realized the fees are super high when i had already signed. you removed one of my accts and my program finished on may 2025. right after one of my loan collections ended up taking legal actions they would not give me any info since their records were still showing fdr as my representative so I HAD to reach back and created another acct , fdr never helped and qas lagging negotiations which ended up on garnishments againts me. i did mentioned this was my priority and noone cared. i do not recommend they show the savings as '50% discount from the original amount' then add their fees to equal or even higher than such amount; the "savings" are so pointless

Not coming through with referrals fee

For this issue, I’m going to give them a one star and that’s because I recommended freedom that relieve to a friend of mine name. Lisa Leishear and I was told that I would get a referral fee which I never received and my friend keeps asking me have I ever received anything and she told me that she gave my name to the agent it’s been two months and I haven’t received nothing I always say I will recommend them but from if I don’t hear back from them, I guess I will not recommend them anymore. I want freedom to understand that if I’m going out there and in Taunton for them and trying to get clients to go to them, I expect a referral fee if freedom is reading this review, please contact me by my name Michael Markey thank you.

Read your contract! Don’t go by what they say.

They do what they say they’re going to do which is, negotiate your debt. However, do not listen to their sales people. Read the contract throughly and then twice more.I was told that the credit card companies pay for the fees that they negotiate with the credit card companies on your behalf. That’s not true. You’re paying fees for their negotiating and you may end up paying more than the debt. Then they put your cards into negotiation, but if they don’t begin negotiation with a card company, and you get served, then you’re expected to come up with most, if not all, of the debt you were going to have to pay on anyway outside their negotiation. It was my fault in just trusting them and not poring over the contract further. I just want to share my experience because once you’re in, it’s difficult to leave even if they say you can cancel at any time.
