Initially I was happy
Initially I was happy, but I didnt last 3 weeks with them, every time I had to update MT5 it crashed and they had to reset the server. So I fired them. Waste of money

Today I got an update from FXVM. I was given the chance to have a live session with RC. It was a rewarding experience! He was very patient with me as I get confused easily. He went through the entire process which seemed so simple when he got me connected. Then he guide me through doing it myself and had me repeat the process on my own. I am extremely happy with the support that went above and beyond and will be directing anyone needing a vps to FXVM. GREAT SUPPORT!

I have been an FXVM client for years…
I have been an FXVM client for years and until this week I had nothing but good experiences with their customer service. The last 4 days I have been trying to get someone on chat and responses don't come for hours if they can come at all. By the time a person does show up its 3 or 4 hours later. This is truly horrible service, and my VPS has been down for a week and i can't get anyone to help me me. With a VPS you need help when you need help, they should be honest and say you wont get service but once a week or you might not get help at all. However to say they respond in 3 to 10 minutes is just a lie. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect as a customer.
