I used this app before and spent huge amounts of $ and was completely satisfied. Recently tried re using this site and now I can't get in with my acc that I've used before in the past? I've tried contacting support. I would really like to continue being a loyal customer and all but why can't I buy anything or led alone why wont it accept my friend code? PLEASE Fix this! ):

No support/paid for nothing
My first time purchasing an item from this site and an error code happened after taking my payment stopping me from receiving my items when it comes to my friend code. I’ve tried contacting customer support and had zero response. Even tried email and received quite a ridiculous response saying “if you don’t trust this service then you do not have to use it” like I already used it don’t take my money and then not give me what I PAID for. lol either they just don’t care or there support process is just not active. I’ve also seen some reviews on here saying the same thing. Probably should have checked before I went through with the purchase tbh.

This site is unbelievable right now…
This site is unbelievable right now I’ve tried logging in several times, and am not successful. I’ve made purchases and haven’t received any of the items I’ve purchased! I’ve tried contacting them to see what’s going on with the log in issue and maybe see about getting my money back. When I go to open a support ticket is stated my account isn’t eligible for that what does that even mean I wrote in the chat and it stated someone will email me and I still haven’t received a response this was 2 weeks ago and still can’t get in contact with anyone. Every time I try to enter my friend code it states invalid code. I’ve used this site in the past and have had no issue but now I have loads! Would not recommend using this

This is actually a very good site, or it used to be i been with them for over a year but not i can't even talk to a real person about my issues it's all robots. No help at all.
Well i don't know what that to do. I've been with this site for a very long time and it's always been great. But this last time i renewed my service it would not let meet log in on my account it says invalid user ID or password is the same one iv always used, but it won't work. I'm two weeks into my mod panel subscription and i can't get on mod panel,, and i can't even get help it talk to anybody about it. That's my concern.

Not working.
My payment went through and it say’s approved but it’s saying my friend code is invalid so I reset my friends code but it still says invalid 🧍🏽♀️….do I just not get what I payed for?
