I don't like signing in with AXS. There service is horrible and I still haven't received my tickets.

Easy to find tickets for a great price
Easy to find tickets for a great price. Wish more people would advise which seats the tickets are but we found an aisle seat for hubs bad knee so it all worked out!

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Ticket Delivery & Support
I purchased my tickets early and never received them. I traveled from Long Island to the stadium in New Jersey expecting everything to be ready. While I was already at the stadium, I finally received a notification saying there had been an issue sending my tickets.I had to call customer support, and it took over 30 minutes to try to resolve the problem. Because of this delay, I missed the entire first half, and at that point there was no reason to keep waiting. I ended up missing the game completely.Although I received a refund for the tickets, I’m not satisfied. I spent money on gas and tolls traveling to NJ, and wasted valuable time, none of which was considered.Very frustrating experience. I expected much better reliability.

as soon as you purchase something you should have a 30 minute grace period tog et a refund incase of mistakes. schools have multiple sporting events and can easily be mistakable.

Quick and easy
I like that sometimes you can get a good deal on seats less than face value if you wait until close to the time of the event (for an event you don’t need to attend). Also the “all in” pricing makes it easier to stomach ticket prices these days.

I have a terrible experience with you…
I have a terrible experience with you guys. I never got refunded the $400 that I paid for tickets that I disputed because I didn’t run that transaction but yet you guys don’t wanna ever compensate me. I consistently spend money on you guys and don’t get anything from me. It’s whatever I see how you guys true colors is one star out of five unless you can find a way to compensate me. I just don’t have a good experience with you guys please don’t get me started on the Yankees games. I bought two tickets for first row season end up having to set a level above then just for kids to to catch baseballs in sections they’re not supposed to even be in because the section that I paid for you’re supposed to have a wristband to be in that section but whatever just goes to show how I don’t have a good experience based off of the lack of detail you guys bring on this application
