TERRIBLY INCOMPETENT
WOW, where to begin, stay FAR AWAY from this place. First, they lost my bloodwork! It was never found, and I had to call at least 10 times to get a straight answer and approval to get more bloodwork. Next, they agreed to test me for amebiasis, but the nurse ordered the completely wrong test and several more I didn't agree to or get an explanation about. Finally, after submitting more samples that sent in the amebiasis test incorrectly and after more than 2 weeks of pure pain, they still refuse to prescribe antibiotics even after they keep messing up. Meanwhile, my condition gets worse every day, and I have to constantly call them to beg them to help me. They have been the worst doctors I've ever dealt with and I wish I had gone elsewhere. To make it all worse, I'm still sick and I expect they'll be billing me for all their mistakes.
