Poor quality and poor service
I bought 5 pair of sunglasses; all 5 pair were of a poor quality and 2 of them were even damaged (broken and scratched) during the shipment. Despite of 4 reminders I haven't been able to receive a feedback from Customer Service and do now have 2 pair of useless sunglasses. Can only recommend not to buy anything on this site.

I was happy to finally receive the sunglasses I ordered a month ago. It was well worth the wait now that I know I wasn't scammed. They are in good condition... I thought it was a scam because they took forever to get to me and the tracking number wasn't working. I assure you I spoke too soon!

Do not buy!
I ordered 3 items . After paying over three hundered dollars company told me that everything was out of stock. After countless e-mails and no response.I finally got 2 items 1 month later. Still have yet to be refunded. Horrible communication buisness. I would not buy from these people. The product is junky as well. All I want is my money back.

I have been buying clothing from this company for a year now. I even brought things at Xmas time and they were delivered within eight days. Some of the clothing from 9goods is replicas but damn good ones. Other items are originals which you can tell by the quality of the merchandise. I reccommend this company to everyone that asks where did I get those shoes. I have brought the exact tennis shoes that are selling in the stores for $160.00 for $35.00 from 9goods.
