Had such a great experience as Zahid took the full responsibility to get my car shipped. He was very clear with his words regarding the pickup date & delivery. Highly recommended.
They were told to get my sons car they didnt call us. Just so other number. They thought they weren't getting paid so they stole everything out of the car then I had to get a family member to get the vehicle. So ya stole everything out of the car and still took my money dont use this company unless you dont mind getting stuff stole. Very sad people in the world found out the hard way.

GABEST Transport was booked through our logistics broker. We require all loads to be tarped. Driver showed up on time. We loaded him and then he was asked to pull up to the top of our property to finish strapping and tarping. He instead pulled off property and parked on the side of the road. I sent someone out to tell him to come back in and tarp (he had not done this yet) and as soon as he was told that he left with our material without paperwork or BOL's. Told our broker that either he comes back or we report the load as stolen since he has no paperwork. It took him 45 minutes to get back here. My guess was he was headed to the consignee with no paperwork or tarping. Don't think he would have came back if he hadn't been called. When I asked him directly why he did that he had no answer. I have instructed our broker to no longer use their services.
Good communication from everyone involved
Running a trucking company has not been easy. Keeping our trucks busy and on the road require coming in contact with 20+ brokers a day! GCB was one of the brokerage companies that maintained respect, clarity, and communication throughout the whole process. Getting deliveries to and from locations require a great effort of team work to go from brokers, to dispatch, to drivers, and then to customers. They were a great team member, allowing growth for both companies!
This people are a joke! They tell you whatever they can to gain your trust then they start to play games... they dont picked up the vehicle the day we agreed because the driver got there late! I told them 6am to 3pm...They promise to pick it up yesterday 8/25/2025 morning and deliver the same day! They failed! They offer me $50 discount because of that! When the delivery was made the day after the driver wasnt aware of the $500, they want me to pay the whole amount of $550, They said there were no discount! Lol... they are liars... becareful with this people...
