worst company I have dealt with. I was charged for insurance policy for a car i never purchased. I have been trying to get a refund since February, nobody has been able to help me. I keep getting the run around.
I got a quote from this company on a s550 Mercedes. It was $10,000 for one year. I then got a price from Blue fire insurance there price was $1800. BEWARE of being over charged by the general insurance
I had this lied to me, Deceived is the best way to put it,my husband passed away June 8 and this co refused to pay the 10,000 policy ,I was on sent the premium of $1.600 did not cover the funeral, I paid every month faithfully, could not get a lived customer service ,this company doesn't care about your love ones , only their pockets, there horrible company,I want to thank you for a Miserable journey,I pray you hold you're company to s higher standards in the future,I wish I could give you a 0 ⭐

It's been over 3 weeks since engineer came out and ordered parts for my washing machine and I haven't seen or heard a dicky bird. Thanks to my amazing daughter for doing my washing. This is the second bad experience I have had with General Insurance. Last one was being left part from the engineer who came to fix my cooker under insurance and told replace part myself. I question the point of insurance with General Insurance when the service they have is so dodgy.
