Please .makesure if you are in the position were it's the only way you can purchase a gift and you end up on there site pay only in cash! Cause if you do use credit or debit card they will try an take funds from your account! Again use only cash to avoid fraudulent payment!! They are after your funds!!
If I could give a zero I would. this whole company is a scam. Won a gift card at work and this card won’t activate and customers service will interrogate you so unhelpful don’t waist your time. What a horrible experience ☠️
Ordered two gift cards of $150 each for the same person. Only one is received. Company email says that both ordered were sent. That is not true.
Waste of time, couldn't even order an e gift card. May as well go to walgreens and mail a gift out, that would take less time than this.
I tried twice to order a card they kept rejecting it saying it didn’t pass security. Checked two of my credit cards they were fine. Wasted several hours.Don’t waste you time.

That is Fraud company, giftcards.com they making most money to steal the money from the customers , never let customers to check the ballance , you never able to activate or check ballance your gift card by phone, if you call customer service they never tell you , not possible to check the ballance on your card on website - that comany juts the joke giftcards.com just hoping and make everything so hard for customers to use their gift card if they purchased from giftcards.com or got gift card from the friends ....Customers BEWARE - that is fraud company!!!
my stupid ex-boss sent a visa to us from these yokels. it kept getting declined, so we called. we had to be placed on perpetual hold while some yo-yo thought then basically did nothing. she did say call back if we kept having trouble (why since they didn't do skit when we called in the first place?). second time, some bimbo said she needed to talk to my husband. i go to get him then she starts talking. i lost it. i told her to shut up; she didn't want to talk to me, and i didn't want to hear her. she hung up. we got a willliam who was just as useless. he said you can only check your balance 3 times in a 24 hr period. what?! i'm going to spend the rest of this little money and never deal with them again. i will make it my goal in life to put up reviews EVERYWHERE about them. incompetent! imagine penalizing someone because they want to know their balance. i'm glad my regular cards aren't as dumb! oh, william said there was nothing he could do about someone hanging up on us. at my job, you get the riot act!
