GlassSplashbacksUKWe ordered a piece of 6mm clear glass in a precisely specified RAL colour, a sample of which had been previously sourced from a specialist paint supplier. The colour of the piece we received was far removed from the sample, making the product unusable for our purposes. We brought the disparity to the attention of the company, and received a stonewalling reply. As it was clear from the response that customer satisfaction was not part of their business model, we cut our losses and moved on. We are sharing our experience of this company for the benefit of others who may be tempted to use their service.
