Dubrovnik to sarajevo
Positives first, bus was on time, driver and drivers mate where friendly enough. The bad..bus was horrible inside, no seat belts, half the arm rests are broken, half the tray tables are broken or missing and the ones that somehow remain intact are dirty and probably only get cleaned a few times a year (I found an attraction ticket dated 23.9.25, our trip was 4.11.25, so the bus hasn't really been cleaned for at least 6 weeks). With every bump certain parts of the bus sound like they will rattle apart, the reading lights dont work either. It cost 4 people £135 total from dubrovnik to sarajevo, which in my opinion isn't worth it for the poor service recieved.

This is the worst bus service we have…
This is the worst bus service we have ever been on in any country we have traveled. Dirty buses and rude drivers. Broken or no bathrooms and no announced stops for a bathroom break. No information regarding stops at the border(2) or any idea of what to expect. Charged for everything, luggage, bathroom at station and tax on tickets for purchasing them online. Filthy buses station, unfriendly and rude staff. We were treated worse than cattle. No announcements as to which bus goes where or which gate to board through. Terrible service. Fly if possible to avoid the rude and terrible service offered by this bus company. How they stay in business is only based on its the only game in town. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

Never again.
First, there was no information that it was a Tour by Flixbus, so it was confusing to find the correct bus.Then, my ticket was not printed, so the driver just smiled and said "no" and was joking that I am not able to read. So I could not take the bus and had to buy a ticket for another bus at the station. Never again.

Rude and cold
We bought tickets digitally. But when trying to board the bus we were denied access in a quite humiliating way by the driver. We did not see that you were supposed to print the tickets. Also quite absurd as we are tourists without access to a printer. In the end the driver let us in, but she was really rude. All trip to Split was with ice cold AC blasting. Even if people asked to switch it off

Would give 0 stars if I could
Would give 0 stars if I could. Bus was an hour late. We were denied access to the bus as we hadn’t printed our ticket which was only stated in small writing, not even in the email anywhere. In the email there were tickets to add to your apple wallet which I assumed you could use but nope! Bus driver was rude. Couldn’t print at the station so just had to spend €200 on a taxi. Would not recommend and will not be using again!!!

They abandoned us at the border..
They made us wait 3 hours in the sun for no reason, then dropped us off at the Albanian border and told us to figure out how to get to Tiranë on our own. I actually can't believe a company like this can exist? Literally criminals that treat you like vermin. Worst experience of my life

We took the bus from Sarajevo to Mostar on the 14th of March at 10.00 am. The bus ride was horrible. There was a leakage in the roof. The circulation in the bus was very bad.The driver even smoked in the bus. And they were unfriendly.

I had a very bad experience with Glubtour
I had a very bad experience with Glubtour and will never travel with this company again. On Saturday, August 3rd 2024, I missed my connecting bus due to a delay on my first trip with Glubtour bus company. During the journey, the bus driver stopped to meet a friend and hand over a package, which contributed to the delay.When finally arrived at Dubrovnik, the lady at the ticket service at Dubrovnik bus station informed me that there were no available transfer connections on that day. I was traveling with a child, and we eventually had to take a taxi to Budva, which cost me an additional €200 to reach our final destination.Additionally, I missed my pre-booked taxi in Budva, which cost me €36.15. This taxi service, booked through Booking.com. This experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Poor service, unreliable schedules, and no assistance or compensation when issues arise. I do not recommend Glubtour at all and will never travel with them again!

The worst traveling experience in Bosnia. Bus that we waited in Trebinje was 3 hours late. In the meantime the company informed us that they will come in 1.5h so all passingers were waiting in the bus station and freezing.the reason was they sold twice more tuckets that seats in the bus

THE WORST BUS COMPANY EVER!!!!on 25 October, we were suppose to take a bus from kotor to dubrovnik. The bus company canceled my trip at 2.15pm without telling me. I have already paid for me 28 EUR ticket. We ended up needing to take a taxi back as there was no other bus to dubrovnik that day.

Globtour uses Jadran Ekspres on the route from Kotor to Dubrovnik. Crazed driver on the 10:10 Nov 10/24 bus from Kotor was yelling at customers and being threatening. For your personal safety avoid using a company that is willing to continue to employ volatile drivers.

Very uncomfortable
Travelled from Belgrade to Sarajevo overnight with this company. The most uncomfortable bus I've ever been on. Seats rows too close together, hardly any leg room. I couldn't move my legs without bashing my knees on the seat in front.The seats are small and, the seat belt socket was pressing into my thigh the whole time. There are arm rests for each seat, but these can't be moved out of the way. You can push them down between the seats, but they still stick out making it very uncomfortable to spread your legs across both seats.All in all it's like the seats were deliberately designed to be as uncomfortable as possible. Consequently I didn't get any sleep, which ruined the next day, I was too tired to do anything.One positive was the WIFI was good.

Got to destination late on both occasions
Both the journey from Split to Medjugorje and Medjugorje to Split got to the destination an hour later than scheduled. On the way to Split it caused me to almost miss my plane. The coaches are also rather old and not very comfortable. Certainly won't use again

Disappointing experience in many respects.
We had to pay extra to have our luggage stowed in the bus. The trip took 5 hours instead of the advertised 2.5 hours. Border crossing took an hour, and the extra delays were the unscheduled stops, no explanation given. The driver just kept disappearing, probably to smoke, while we all had to wait in the hot bus. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, and it was a hot day, so very uncomfortable. No toilet on the bus, so the 5 hours was hard to endure for that reason too. The only upside was that the driver got us to the destination, eventually.

I bought a ticket from Mostar to Sarajevo, 8 pm. I was there an hour early. I waited but the bus didn’t show up and a man in the information office said there was no bus. I called the info line and the emergency line but nobody picked up. I was asking each driver arriving at the station where I could find my bus. One of them said something in Bosnian so I asked some people sitting in the coffee shop what it meant. It turned out that the lady in the coffee shop was working for this company but closed the office and sat in the coffee shop. She told me that the bus would be 45 minutes late and would stop behind the gas station, not at the bus station. If I hadn’t learned that, I would have missed the bus. It arrived 45 minutes late and I eventually got to Sarajevo. This company is horrible. Avoid!

Dana 07.Sept. 2024 supruga mi je putovala na relaciji Neum - Frankfurt. Ponasanje vozaca prema putnicima je vise nego lose, ponasaju se kao da voze stoku a ne ljude koji placaju kartu. WC se nije moga koristit koliko je neuredan a vozaci ne zela da stanu da bi putnici mogli obaviti nuzdu. Ovako ponasanje vozaca mora se sankcionisati pod hitno i nikako ne preporucujem ovu kompaniju dok se ne promjenu vozaci. On September 7 In 2024, my wife traveled between Neum and Frankfurt. The behavior of drivers towards passengers is more than bad, they behave as if they are driving cattle and not people who pay the ticket. The toilet could not be used as it was untidy and the drivers did not want to stop so that the passengers could relieve themselves. This behavior of the drivers must be sanctioned as a matter of urgency and I absolutely do not recommend this company until the drivers change.
