Did business with them for 6 yrs. Became unhappy with the results we were getting so we cancelled our sevice. The very next day they cme to my house and removed ten bait sticks from my termite bait holders. I believe that I paid for that bait and no longer wanted them to monitor or replace them. I can't understandwhy they would remove the bait sticks. Are they going to use them at someone elses property? Seems like a poor way to run a business. It cost them more to remove them than they are worth in time and reputation.

After 40 plus years the pest control service we used went out of business. We contacted Go Forth. First visit they sprayed the inside and left a residue all over my stained wood floor and baseboard. it was very difficult to remove. Then we started seeing water bugs a couple of times that we had never had before. When they came back for the second visit, we were told they only treat the areas we are having problems with. S0, you pay every month but they just spray when you have a problem???? And isn’t it better to spray quarterly so don’t ever have a problem. Needless to say we canceled the contract and incurred a hefty fee for canceling. We canceled because of the poor service. Unbelievable…

Wow its hard to know where to start. Called for pest control, scheduled. The guy came in and said looks like you only have trouble in one area and only serviced the kitchen. I asked what about the rest of the house, he left. I gave him a check for the services, now they cannot find the check. Then they double billed me for the session and hounds me on a regular basis for payment. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I don't even think the technician knew what he was doing.

*******BEWARE********Please read fine print before using this company services. I got services one time and was billed three times in the amount of 60.00. I called to cancel services and was advised that even though you are charged monthly, you only receive services every other month. I advise them to cancel service and was told I had to pay an early termination fee of over 200 dollars and if I don’t pay it will go on my credit! That would mean I would have paid almost 500 for one service that did not include service to my entire house. SCAMMERS!

Go elsewhere for your pest control needs! Would not recommend them at all. We moved into a new home in May of this year. We also started our service with them in May of this year. I’ve had to call them back out 4 more times since then. It’s only June! While we have seen less bugs, they’re not getting rid of them completely. I thought that was the whole point of having pest control? To not have bugs?? I get charged monthly only for them to come out bi monthly unless I call them like I have been for the last 4 weeks. And I’m stuck in a contract I can’t get out of until next year! What they use is not pet friendly as they state. I let whatever they use dry before I release my animals after the home has been sprayed and all my animals get sick the following day after Go Forth has been out here. Not happy with this company at all!

Don’t Bother!
Absolutely loved Go Forth pest control, then are area Go Forth sold. The every 3 month service was horrible after that. We have floor to ceiling windows and doors out back of our home. The technician sprayed bug spray all over our glass and door frames at bottom of house. 3 weeks latter I finally got opportunity to clean this up and found spiders everywhere- also sticky cocoons of eggs. They always sprayed inside but not this time. When I called to inquire why- I was told it was not necessary. I called and cancelled, the lady kept telling me they could send someone else out but I didn’t want to spend hours cleaning again.

Not worth your hard earned money!
About a year ago, I subscribed to the Pest Control and Termite service. Every time the service tech came out for Pest Control, they would be there for all of about 10 minutes and spray the pesticide with some type of gun onto my flowers after I asked not to. Still saw flying insects, spiders, ants after service was performed. I eventually cancelled the Pest control subscription but kept the Termite Bait Service. After a year and realizing I paid 400.00 for installation and 35.00 a month for termite monitoring which no one came out to do after the initial installation, it really was not worth the $ so I called to cancel and set up a time, for tech to come out and remove baits. We had a date & time set but while I was away from home, the tech showed up on another date. I called the office to ask why the tech was at my home and we had a scheduled appointment and asked them to come when I was at home. The rep was rude, advised I signed a contract that allows them to show up when they want to, very nasty since I decided to cancel my service. This company does NOT provide good service, will spray pesticides on your flowers and vegetation and when you cancel the reps in the office provide rude service. Do your research and you will see there are better companies out there for your hard-earned money!

Technician was good on his visit (I am assuming), he was courteous on the phone, less than an hour before he arrived. I have asked the office several time to call me before appts (so I can be there) but for 2 years on 2 different accounts this has not happened, even though it is on my file supposedly.

Go-Forth handles my monthly pest control services and has always done an amazing job. They are timely, professional, and the quality of their work is superb. This season I had them install Christmas lights at my home for the first time and am amazed at how wonderful of a job they did.

Waiting TWO MONTHS for reimbursement for damage they caused.
On starting service I was charged $295 for the privilege of a month to month contract. This was fine. I agreed. I paid $295. On Go-Forth Pest Control's FIRST VISIT, one of the two specialists they sent, stepped on a recessed light in my attic damaging the drywall ceiling in the room below. I DISCOVERED THIS AFTER THE SPECIALISTS LEFT. Neither of them informed me they'd done this. I can only assume that they hoped I wouldn't notice long enough for them to deny responsibility. I called Go-Forth Pest Control hours after their visit. After the expected apologies and such, I was told that the specialist who'd visited would be calling me for details on how this would be handled. Odd... But I waited for a call. I was called and eventually informed that I would need to find someone to make the repair and I'd be reimbursed by Go-Forth Pest Control. Instead of insisting that they contract and pay for the repair, I did as they asked, expecting a quick resolution. This was foolish. I had the work done and sent the invoice as requested, then I waited... Weeks passed. Specialists came back for another monthly service, but my check hasn't come. Another few weeks passed and I called their office to find out WHY I'd not received my check. Particularly since they made sure to charge me on the 1st of every month without fail, for service. I was assured that the check had been sent. More than a week passed, again... No check. I called again and was told the check was mailed out on May 3rd. This. Was... Odd... Because I'd been assured BEFORE May 3rd that my check has been mailed. Clearly someone LIED. I spoke to the same manager that I'd been transferred to the previous week, Brittney Martin. She told me that as she'd said, the check was mailed out last week... From 1 state away... I've now paid $295 + 2 monthly payments of $55 + $250 to repair damage caused when Go-Forth Pest Control's specialist stepped thru my ceiling and tried to dodge responsibility for having done so. I am waiting for my reimbursement TWO MONTHS later.Stay away.STAY FAR AWAY.

Very bad experience with their service
Very bad experience with their service. I am used for Mice in my home. Still same place after nine month. One service person came he argument with me and he left without any service. Finally they send me email that complete service. But I don't how they tell me complete service.

This company is the most unethical company I have ever deal with. They changed they way they charged my credit card, without notifying me. In addition, when I call them to get my money refunded, they declined even though they had not provided the service. I had to get a claim thru my credit card so I could get my money back. I won the case because they did not have any proof I authorized the charges, and they had not provided the services. Thieves!

Good Service, But...
Techs did a good job and were courteous, but seem more interested in selling more service. I'm guessing this comes from the front office.I got rid of the spiders in my shed with a simple spray bomb from the Dollar Store. This was after GoForth failed.I tried to downgrade my service, but continued to be billed at a higher rate. I severed the contract.

With their service and prompt revisits when a problem popped up, I have felt they were a very professional and valuable company to have in the war against pests. I've used their insulation service, Christmas Lights service and lawn services as well as pest control. I would recommend them without any reservation.
