Their service is extremely poor
I have found from my experience that their costumer service is almost nonexistent . I asked about them getting airline quotes. They said that was usually done about 90 days before the tour. We arranged our own travel because they never got back to us. I asked about insurance for the tour only. They said they would get back to me. Our tour in Egypt is next week. I wonder if the quote will come before or after our tour. Our traveling companions have received name and luggage tags. We have not received anything. We have previously toured with Bruce Porter and we would not do this tour were he not one of the guides. We have traveled extensively with other tour operators. I think Go and Do has a LDS captive market, and they do not care about service.

After this cruise, it is ONLY Go and DO for us!
We have been on four cruises before doing a "Go and Do" cruise - the Wavemakers cruise. But from now on, we will ONLY do "Go and Do" cruises! The Wavemakers presentations were so excellent, uplifting, and informative, the presentations were the highlight of the entire cruise. The ports, the cruise entertainment, the food, yeah, yeah, yeah, they were good. But the presentations were absolutely the best part!

The trip was well organized and an excellent value for the money. Our tour leader, Bill Clark, was friendly, communicated clearly and adapted to challenges inherent in trips like this one. The educator, Bruce Newbold, was wonderful. The tour was also outstanding. If the opportunity arises in the future, I would join another Go-And-Do trip. The experience was highly educational and spiritual.

The Best Trip for the Money and Time
This trip was the best! The buses were on time to pick us up, the ship was there, the guides were knowledgeable, and our lecturers were great. And the best of all, was that the price was fantastic for all we experienced. I would go with this group again and again. Also, the help needed to prepare us for the trip was helpful and kind. The hotels where we stayed were excellent and the food was great. I think the only negative was there were so many tourists out and about that maybe later in the year is better to travel to these areas.
